(Semantic AI search is coming next!) Smarter Workflows: We completely reimagined how the core architecture routes data to make the platform infinitely more robust and stable as we scale. The absolute best part? The look, the feel, and the overall experience remain exactly the same. We launched with just 27 basic articles, and while they helped you get started, they were completely missing some major areas of the app (like detailed profile management). End Customer Account Recovery Options! Hey everyone! 👋 We all know the nightmare scenario of building on a third-party platform: what happens if a user loses access to their account? Previously, if one of your subscribers had their Telegram account locked, banned, or lost, they were completely locked out of managing their active subscriptions with you. If they wanted to cancel or update their billing, they literally had to contact their bank and cancel their physical credit card. That is a massive headache for them, and terrible for your brand's customer experience. That changes today. We just rolled out Account Recovery Options for your subscribers! Now, your customers will see a prompt to set up backup recovery methods (like linking an email address) via your web portal or directly through your Telegram bot.
