I’m opening up my calendar for 30 x 1:1 career conversations. Because not every career moment needs a big strategy. You just need the right conversation. Sometimes career decisions are still made without timely access to people who have actually done what you’re trying to do. And in that gap, I keep seeing the same patterns show up: ➡️ Second-guessing decisions because there’s no one to sanity-check them ➡️ Feeling stuck between staying safe and making a bold move ➡️ Navigating promotions or leadership transitions without a clear playbook ➡️ Trying to re-enter or pivot while quietly rebuilding confidence ➡️ Carrying career questions alone because the “right” people aren’t in your immediate circle It’s not a lack of ambition. It’s often a lack of relevant, timely perspective at the moments it matters most. ✨ That’s why this May, I’m opening up my calendar for 30 x 1:1 career conversations (30 mins each) - not just to offer support, but to listen and learn. This is as much about paying it forward as it is about understanding: 👉 What are the biggest career challenges professional women are facing right now? 👉 What decisions feel most unclear or high-stakes? 👉 What kind of support, perspective, or connection would actually make the biggest difference? We can use the time however you need but I’ll also be paying close attention to the themes and patterns so we can build something more useful through Meiava.
