    I'm excited to share that I'm joining Marble AI as CRO- Chief Revenue Officer. After two decades in influencer marketing—building programs, evaluating platforms, and advising brands on where to invest—I've seen a lot of tools come and go. When I first met the Marble team during my consulting work, I knew immediately this was different. Marble has built something the industry has needed for years: an AI-native attribution platform that actually works the way marketers think. NO manual tracking. NOOOO broken links. Just intelligent, automated insights that make campaign management feel effortless. In my new role, I'll be leading revenue strategy, partnerships, and business development as we position for strategic scale or acquisition. It wasn't just the tech that impressed me, it was the people and the philosophy. Marble's approach to AI is refreshingly human.     Family, Legacy, Responsibility: While digging through archives, I came across this incredible photo of my grandfather Bob Fair (wearing the face mask) and his brother Bill Fair, battling on the hardwood for Lowell High School in San Francisco. What struck me wasn’t just the game itself — a championship win in front of 5,500 people — but what it represents: • Bob Fair’s resilience: stepping up despite injury. • Bill Fair’s quiet strength: contributing without needing the spotlight. • The bond of brothers: loyalty and teamwork that carried far beyond the court. The newspaper headline called uncle Bill the “Forgotten Man.” But the truth is, their example lives on — in family, in legacy, and in a sense of duty that extends to community and, ultimately, to the world.
