397 retailers. 7 markets. 53.7 billion visits. 26 months of data. And a finding that should make every fashion retailer stop and look at their traffic mix. 65% of brands are spending more to acquire customers than those customers return in operating margin. AI referral traffic grew 172 times in 13 months. And 340 of the 397 retailers we measured received none of it. One retailer on stage shared a number that landed differently than all the research. 500 SKUs out of 20,000 delivering 90% of their revenue. That is not a range problem. That is a discovery problem.
