Yesterday, Zoom and Maintel hosted a pre-recorded webinar on 'The Rise of the Super-Agent: Humans and AI in Perfect Balance' from the Zoom Executive Briefing Centre (EBC) in London, exploring how AI is transforming customer engagement by empowering people, not replacing them. A huge thank you to our speakers: Jason Chapman, Zoom Grant Counsell, Maintel Rajesh Chaukria, Unity Homes and Enterprise and of course Kayleigh Martin, Zoom for helping host at the EBC! Together, we discussed how organisations can combine AI and human expertise to deliver faster, more personalised customer experiences and better outcomes for both customers and employees. Maintel today published its 2025 Annual Results for the financial year ended 31 December 2025. The Company announced total revenue of £92.2 million and adjusted EBITDA of £7.2 million, in line with expectations. During the year Maintel contracted approximately £50.0 million of Total Contract Value in new business, 70% of which was in the Company’s three strategic pillars and with the majority within its target vertical sectors. In 2025 Maintel’s transformation programme continued at pace, focused on organisational structure, leadership, cost base, ways of working and operational efficiency. The Company extended its vendor partnerships with the launch of a new strategic partnership with Zoom as well as progressing the deployment of AI-powered and automated solutions. Maintel further strengthened its leadership team, with the appointments of Stephen Beynon as Non-Executive Chairman and Sarah Roberts as Chief Operating Officer. The Company has made a positive start to FY 2026 in terms of sales bookings and the Board remain confident that progress to date provides a strong platform for the next phase of Maintel’s development. Earlier this month the Company raised £5.5m (gross proceeds) through the issuance of new shares and convertible loan notes, subscribed by existing shareholders, alongside a successful re-negotiation of the terms of its current banking facilities. The net proceeds from the fundraising will be used to strengthen the Company’s balance sheet and provide sustainable working capital resourcing to support delivery of newly signed projects, enhance tendering capability, improve procurement terms and payment performance, and enable the full roll-out of the Company’s transformation programme.
