Exciting to see developers turning ideas into real products under pressure. Congratulations to Andrii, Kateryna and everyone involved in The Full Stack by CodeTV. Looking forward to the premiere! 👏

✨ The Full Stack by CodeTV premieres THIS THURSDAY at 12 PM PT / 3 PM ET 🎉 A group of developers, six weeks to build a product, cameras everywhere, challenges, judges, confessionals, deadlines, and just a little bit of chaos 😅 Kateryna and I built a product from scratch, learned a ton, met an incredible folks, and had so much fun along the way while being judged by amazing people: Kelsey Hightower, Jason Lengstorf, Darko Mesaroš, and many more! A huge thank you to everyone who brought this show to life: Trey 🎬, Jason, and amazing photographer Natasha Kenyon (insta: natashavictoriaphoto). Special thanks to our glam team, Ruthann and Terri, the CodeTV crew, Amazon Web Services (AWS), and everyone who made this show happen. Still feels unreal that we’ll be watching ourselves on TV this week. See you on screen! 📺✨ Anand, ✨ Jacquie, Valeria, Marisol, Jasper, Brian, Bhuvaneswari, Harpreet, Jonathan, Mark, Max, Jasmin, Victor Jackson, Aziz

  • The AI landscape is currently flooded with "wrappers" - thin layers that break the moment your business process gets complex. At Mainix, we don't build wrappers. We build software. We help businesses automate workflows and build custom AI systems that actually hold up in a production environment. Using a robust stack - LangChain, LangGraph, RAG, and LLM integrations, we ensure: - Reliable Infrastructure: Clean backend architecture, not just simple API calls. - Process Alignment: Solutions built around your specific business logic. - Production-Ready Code: Systems designed to scale, not just demo. 🔥 July Offer: To kick off our summer projects, we’re currently offering 50% off MVP development for any new projects initiated by July 31. If you need a reliable AI solution, let’s stop the guesswork. Share your idea with us, and let’s get it to production. #AIAutomation #AIEngineering #BusinessAutomation #WorkflowAutomation #ProductionReadyAI #LangChain #LangGraph #RAG #MVPDevelopment #Mainix

Everyone has a hot take. Usually shaped by their last bad experience. The team that survived a 300k-line codebase with 40 engineers swears by microservices. The team that spent months debugging distributed tracing hell swears by the monolith. Both are right. Neither answer generalizes. Go monolith if:  - Team is under ~15 engineers  - Product is still changing shape  - You don't have platform engineering yet Go microservices if:  - Teams are actively blocking each other on deploys  - Parts of the system have wildly different scaling needs  - You need fault isolation between critical components The mistake we see most: choosing microservices because it sounds mature. Netflix does it, so we should too. Netflix has thousands of engineers and a decade of Kubernetes experience. That context doesn't transfer. Start with a well-structured monolith. Extract services when specific pain shows up, not in advance. Full breakdown with trade-offs, real signals to watch for, and a decision checklist: https://lnkd.in/gYWsBcEs #Microservices #SoftwareArchitecture #BackendDevelopment #SystemDesign #Engineering #TechLeadership #CloudNative #DevOps #Mainix

Building software is no longer only for software engineers. Today, almost anyone can create a landing page, automate a workflow, build an internal tool, or even launch a small product using AI tools, no-code platforms, templates, and modern cloud services. That is a big shift. But there is one thing that is easy to underestimate: Architecture matters more than ever. When a product is small, almost anything can work.   A few scripts, a quick database, copied code, AI-generated features, manual deployments it may be enough to prove the idea. But once people start using it, the real questions appear: Can it scale? Can it be maintained? Can it handle failures? Can another engineer understand it? Can it be deployed safely? Can the data model support future features? Can AI-generated code be trusted in production? AI can help build faster.   But speed without structure can quickly turn into technical debt. The future will not be only about who can build the fastest prototype. It will be about who can turn that prototype into a reliable product. #SoftwareArchitecture #AI #CloudInfrastructure #TechnicalDebt #ProductDevelopment #Mainix

A working demo is not the same thing as a maintainable system. This is where cheap development often becomes expensive. At the beginning, everything can look fine. The feature works, the UI looks okay, and the first version is delivered quickly. It feels like money was saved. But software usually becomes expensive later, when the business needs to change something. Add a new workflow. Connect another system. Support more users. Fix edge cases. Understand why something breaks. That is when weak architecture starts to show. The problem is not always “bad code.” Very often, the real problem is that nobody fully understood the system they were building. The database was rushed, the business logic was spread everywhere, error handling was added later, and no one thought about how the product would grow. AI tools can help a lot with speed. But if someone is just generating code without understanding the technology, it can create a product that looks good in the beginning but becomes hard to maintain over time. Good engineering is not about making everything complicated. It is about making the right decisions early, so the business does not have to pay for the same system twice. Cheap development can save money today. Good engineering saves money every time the product needs to grow. #SoftwareDevelopment #SoftwareArchitecture #AIautomation #BusinessAutomation #ScalableSystems #Mainix

The classic roadmap for engineers doesn’t work the same way anymore. Before, it was easier to understand what companies expected from engineers: learn a framework, write clean code, understand databases, cloud, testing, system design, and keep growing step by step. Now it feels less clear. AI changed the workflow very fast. A lot of tasks that used to take hours can be done much faster, and because of that, companies are still trying to understand what they should expect from engineers today. But this doesn’t mean engineering is less important. It means the value of an engineer is shifting. It’s not only about writing code or closing tickets anymore. A strong engineer needs to understand the business problem, ask the right questions, choose the right tradeoffs, review AI-generated work, think about architecture, security, reliability, and make sure the solution actually works in production. This also makes performance harder to evaluate. Before, it was easier to look at tasks, pull requests, features, and bugs. Now a lot of real value is harder to see: preventing bad decisions, simplifying the system, improving workflows, reducing risks, and knowing when not to overbuild. At Mainix, we believe companies don’t just need more code. They need people who can turn business problems into reliable solutions using the right mix of engineering, cloud infrastructure, and AI automation. That’s the direction we are focused on. #Mainix #SoftwareEngineering #AI #CloudInfrastructure #AIAutomation

The right environment matters more than people think. Good software is not built only with code. It is built in an environment where people can ask questions, challenge ideas, make mistakes, and improve the solution together. When the environment is healthy, engineers think clearer, communicate better, and care more about the final result. That usually leads to better architecture, better decisions, and better products. At Mainix, we believe strong technical work starts with the right environment: clear communication, ownership, trust, and focus on solving real problems. That is where good solutions begin. #Mainix #SoftwareEngineering #Cloud #Backend #AI #Automation #EngineeringCulture

AI can automate a lot today. But real automation is not just about the model. It takes people who understand the business, design the right flow, connect the pieces, and make it work in real life. At Mainix, we help companies build AI and automation solutions from start to finish - from the first idea to implementation and support. We care about the technical side, but also about the human side: communication, clarity, and building systems that actually help teams work better. Behind every good automation, there are people making the right decisions. #mainix #AI #Automation #SoftwareDevelopment
