Some purchases happen once every five to seven years. A bed. A mattress. People research them for weeks, buy once, then forget about it for a long time. That makes the stakes unusually high. Miss the moment and there's no second chance – they buy elsewhere, and you've lost them for half a decade. So the marketing across that long cycle has to be precise: the right message, to the right person, at the right moment. You really do only get one shot. The hard part is pulling that off with a lean team and a pile of disconnected tools – data in one place, email in another, onsite somewhere else. By the time it's all stitched together, the moment has passed. So bedkingdom brought it all under one roof. From today, their full customer lifecycle runs on Maestra. One view of the customer, one place to act on it. A small team can now run the kind of precise, timely personalization that usually takes a department – because the platform carries the weight, and our team is in it with them, building the flows, not just handing over a login. Big thanks to Levon Hall and Paolo Rizzo for getting this one over the line.

"Not a paid post". Can confirm. 😄 The only thing invested was our time, and honestly? We loved every minute. Thank you, Lauren 💚
Big shout out to Maestra.io as it keeps surprising and delighting us. We switched to use their email, SMS and loyalty programs (which are epic). I just did not realise how much additional value they add with their platform which are not extra costs to access - it's just there, and an amazing strategy and tactical team to set it up for you. This is not a paid post! I sincerely suggest any Australian ecommerce brands to set up a meeting with them. One of the areas they flagged to us is that we we're running our site without proper product recommendations for years. Mainly a time thing for my team and I that we never really got around to it, and assuming it probably might not make a huge difference anyway. Maestra flagged it, their team installed the widget with no effort from our end and I did not expect these numbers. "Often bought together" now alone drives a third of all our recommendation revenue. When you sell linen, people want the matching pillowcases too. You just have to show them. It makes sense. Curious though: for those running product recomendations, how much have they moved your AOV? Trying to tell if ours is normal. Would love to hear real numbers in the comments. Huge thank you to Ruslan Qasum, Philipp Volnov, and the whole Maestra.io team for setting it all up. For anyone curious to learn more about Maestra DM me - I would love to introduce you to my contact there. They've been amazing to work with and our business has been growing YoY since working with them.

847 billion emails. 17.7 million campaigns. 61 countries. We're proud to be one of 15 ESPs contributing data to the GDMA - Global Data & Marketing Alliance International Email Benchmark – the 5th edition and the largest yet. The biggest takeaway: the era of peak-driven email is fading. Marketers are shifting to always-on strategies – showing up for their audience year-round, not just during Black Friday. And the main driver behind engagement? Relevance. Not volume, not frequency – how well you know your audience and what you send them. That's exactly what we help brands do every day. 📣 New Partner Announcement Maestra is now live with ZONE3 Ltd. Triathlon is the one sport where everything comes together - swim, bike, run, all in a single race. Marketing should feel the same way. But for most brands it doesn't: data sits in one tool, email in another, loyalty somewhere else, and managing the customer experience turns into a daily fight with your own stack. Zone3 decided to change that. From today their whole lifecycle runs in one place - data, segmentation, email, SMS, onsite, product recs. Even a lean team can move mountains once the tooling stops getting in the way, and with Maestra's forward-deployed marketer on top, they've got a partner in the race, not just a platform on the sidelines. Because tech alone never wins. The best results don't come from Software as a Service - they come from Service as a Software. Great gear matters in triathlon. Knowing how to race with it matters more. Grateful to Malina Zarb (FCIM), Hellen Onyango, and Alina Oprea for driving this forward. Proud to be racing alongside Zone3.

We analyzed 168 million marketing emails. 6% of email volume generates 8x more revenue per send than the other 94%. That 6%? Flows. 📉 $513 per 1,000 sends (flows) 📈 $62 per 1,000 sends (bulk campaigns) Among brands using both, flows outperformed in every single case. The multiplier ranged from 1.8x to 18.4x — but the direction never flipped. What does this mean in practice? Bulk campaigns create awareness and drive traffic. Flows capture that intent and convert it. The brands winning at email are building a system where bulk feeds flows. If you're still treating automation as a "nice-to-have," you're leaving the most efficient 6% of your program on the table. Links in comments 👇

Maestra won Product Recommendation Solution of the Year at the RetailTech Breakthrough Awards 🎉 But we just built the engine. What our customers did with it — that's the story. Furniture Fair took their showroom stylists' expertise online — recs that show you how to style an entire room. +46% add-to-cart. JOLYN recs match tops to bottoms by fabric, size, and print across hundreds of swimwear styles. 7% of total sales influenced by recs. Blossom Flower Delivery built a quiz for people who know nothing about flowers — asks questions you can actually answer, matches you to the right bouquet. +14% conversion. Thank you to our customers for showing us what the product can do! And to Tech Breakthrough for the recognition 💚

Marketing budgets aren't growing in 2026. CACs are. So how do you scale? By stacking small wins. On April 30, four DTC operators are sharing exactly how they do it. 3 plays each. Small enough to ship next month. Big enough to compound into real revenue gains. Come steal some ideas from: → Marina S., L'Oréal USA (part of world's #1 beauty company with $46B+ in global rev) → Michael McVerry, URBAN ARMOR GEAR (UAG) (+40% YoY revenue in 2025) → Etan Efrati, Magnum Bikes (+56% YoY online revenue in 2025) → Matthew Holman, QPilot.cloud (subscription plays from 100s of DTC brands) Plus a few plays from our Co-Founder Maryna Hradovich — real examples from Maestra clients who moved the needle this past year. That's 18 plays in 60 minutes. Then cameras on for open Q&A — bring your own questions, your own wins, your own war stories. Save your spot in the comments — drop a "☕" and we'll send you the link.

+111.7% more online orders. +56.6% more revenue. Magnum Bikes hit a record-breaking year — with the same team size. Here's what they changed: ❌ Klaviyo couldn't unify their data ✅ Maestra built unified profiles across online, retail, and dealers ❌ No product-specific flows ✅ Automated journeys for premium bikes, accessories, and pre-owned ❌ Batch email blasts ✅ Geo-targeted campaigns + on-site personalization ❌ Promo only lived in email ✅ Offer front and center across email, SMS, and website Etan Efrati, E-Commerce Manager: "Maestra lets our lean team run sophisticated retention marketing without adding headcount." 👉 See the full breakdown of how Magnum doubled their online orders: https://lnkd.in/dbbz68cb

Our co-founder and COO Maryna Hradovich has been named one of TechRound's 50 Women in Tech 2026! And no one deserves it more. We know because we see it every day. She remembers what every team is working on and messages you on a random Tuesday to ask how that thing you mentioned last week is going. She celebrates wins like they're her own and shows up with "how can I help?" before you think to ask. We're also fairly convinced she doesn't sleep 🙃 Congrats, Maryna! I moved to the US barely speaking English. I remember sitting in a room, understanding maybe every third word. Studying for the English proficiency exam felt like trying to climb a wall with no handholds. Then Penn State said yes. Then Semrush said yes – I joined early in the US and helped scale the business to an NYSE listing and $300M+ in annual revenue. Then I said yes to myself – and co-founded Maestra.io. This week TechRound named me one of their 50 Women in Startups & Tech. I don't share this for applause. I share it because someone reading this is sitting in their own version of that room, understanding every third word, wondering if they belong. You do. Thank you TechRound! Honored to be on this list alongside incredible women like Kriti Sharma, Lauren Pedersen, Anna Brailsford MBE, Dr. Nadine Hachach-Haram – each building something that matters.
