One of the largest single-tenant medical deals in downtown Sacramento’s history is now heading into construction, and it runs on low voltage. Permit records show a $62.1 million build-out of Sutter Health’s new Advanced Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Care Complex at 660 J Street, requiring five low voltage systems with an estimated $3.7 million in low voltage work. Building permit data from the City of Sacramento shows a $62.1 million tenant-improvement remodel for medical service offices in the four-story building at 660 J Street, above two levels of existing parking. The permit is the clinical fit-out of the “SixSixty” at Downtown Commons building — a 1980s office tower fully re-skinned and modernized between 2021 and 2024 — which Sutter Health has leased in full for a state-of-the-art orthopedics and sports medicine complex.

West Texas is now home to the largest data center campus in Vantage’s global portfolio, and it runs on low voltage. Vantage Data Centers’ Frontier campus — a $25 billion, 1.4 GW Oracle-OpenAI Stargate AI data center near Abilene — will require ten distinct low voltage systems, with an estimated campus-wide low voltage opportunity approaching $1 billion.

Google's AI data-center project is now a high-priority Arkansas AI infrastructure watch for low-voltage contractors. Google has announced a $4 billion cloud and AI infrastructure investment in Arkansas through 2027, and the company says that investment includes its first data center in the state. Google's own data-center locations page lists West Memphis, Arkansas as an in-development location. The utility side is just as important. Entergy Arkansas says it will power the facility, that Google will cover its full energy costs, and that the plan includes grid improvements, peak-demand reduction, and a new 600 MW solar project backed by 350 MW of battery storage. That is a power-resource signal, not a disclosed data-center IT load. Reviewed owner and utility sources do not publish the facility's critical IT capacity, building-by-building square footage, general contractor, electrical contractor, low-voltage contractor, security integrator, fire alarm contractor, BAS/BMS controls firm, or commissioning agent.

A $15.1 million renovation of a Raleigh police facility is one of the most security-intensive low voltage opportunities Signal is tracking in North Carolina. Permit records show the Level III alteration at 2315 Atlantic Avenue will require eight low voltage systems — nearly all of them security and communications — with an estimated $1.2 million in low voltage work. Building permit data from the City of Raleigh shows a $15,056,810 Level III alteration of an existing single-story facility at 2315 Atlantic Avenue, described as a police facility renovation with new demising walls and a significant security-infrastructure upgrade. The address is a large mid-century single-level building in Midtown Raleigh, and the City has been consolidating police operations along the Atlantic Avenue corridor — making this a textbook adaptive-reuse conversion of an existing structure into a modern, secure law-enforcement facility.

AVAIO Digital Leo is a strong LVN Signal watch because it combines an owner-operated AI data-center campus, a live utility service agreement, a gas-backed power path, approved site planning, and a public first-occupancy target. AVAIO's official Little Rock campus page says Project Leo has broken ground on a 760-acre site near Little Rock, Arkansas, has an approved site plan, and is targeting first occupancy in June 2027. The public construction signal is not a named low-voltage award yet. It is the scale and timing of the campus. AVAIO lists a path to 1,070 MW of total baseload power through 570 MW of grid power, 500 MW of behind-the-meter baseload power, and more than 75 MW of planned onsite solar. The same owner page says AVAIO has an executed Entergy Arkansas service agreement for 150 MW energized in April 2027, planned additional Entergy grid power in 2030, and direct Kinder Morgan NGPL gas-pipeline access for behind-the-meter generation.
