The roar after a last-minute winner 🥅 The back and forth of a long tennis rally 🎾 The sound of a Formula 1 car 🏎️ The strike of a golf ball ⛳ It’s quite a month for sport. The World Cup has arrived. And we love it. A sweepstake that could generate more transfer activity than some football clubs. Football shirts from all over the world. Sportsbook conversations happening everywhere. Daily Player of the Match nominations. And a get-together after work ahead of the opening match. Bring it on! ⚽ #ComeAsYouAre #FootBall #Gibraltar #BetterTogether #CompanyCulture

Feeling able to be yourself at work shouldn't be remarkable. But for many people, it still is. Thanks for sharing this, Richard Carter. Happy Pride Month 🌈 #PrideMonthMatters #Lottoland #AnythingButOrdinary #ComeAsYouAre #EqualityMatters
It’s that time of year again!! 🌈 Pride Month feels a little different to me these days. Partly because I can look back and recognise how fortunate I’ve been. I’ve spent many years working in environments where my sexuality simply wasn’t an issue. It wasn’t something I needed to explain, hide or worry about. I could just get on with my job and be myself. That might sound like a small thing. It isn’t. Because not everyone has that experience and that’s why Pride still matters. For me, it’s a reminder that belonging isn’t about special treatment. It’s about creating environments where nobody feels they need to edit parts of who they are to fit in. I’m grateful to work at Lottoland where authenticity is normal. And I hope one day that becomes true everywhere. Happy Pride Month 🌈 #pridemonthmatters, #lottoland, #havefunthispride

Liam Smith, our Head of Player Protection, will be at the Ethical Gambling Forum this week. He’ll be on a panel sharing what it looks like from the operator side when regulation really works - when it delivers the outcomes regulators care about and sets operators up to meet them. At Lottoland, that means being clear, transparent and able to stand behind our processes. If we can’t explain them confidently to a regulator or a customer, we know we need to do better. If you’re attending, it should be a good discussion. 📅 Wednesday 29 April | 12:00 📍 Ethical Gambling Forum, Leeds, UK #EthicalGambling #SaferGambling

Most talk about technology focuses on what’s new. Less on what actually works. At the Ethical Gambling Forum, Liam Smith, Head of Player Protection here at Lottoland will be joining a panel on the responsible and efficient use of technology and data in the gambling industry. His message is simple - if tech doesn’t work in the real world for customers, colleagues and regulators, it’s just a shiny object. At Lottoland, that means carefully curating a technology stack that uses data intelligently to improve customer journeys and strengthen player protection. If you’re there, it’s one to catch. 📅 Tuesday 28 April | 15:40 📍Ethical Gambling Forum, Leeds, UK #EthicalGambling #SaferGambling
