Lockin delivered 490 custom steel lockers, finished in organic-toned powdercoats with bespoke perforation patterns. Configured across a mix of two-, four- and six-door formats, the lockers support a wide range of user needs while maintaining a calm, considered aesthetic. Tested by teenagers. Approved by principals. No setting tests the durability and utility of a locker system more than schools - which is why we design with those specific challenges in mind. As part of Stage 2 of St Francis College’s development, we delivered 213 custom lockers integrated with display cases to showcase student work. Each locker bank is finished in Laminex French Navy and Ash White to complement the interior palette across different zones of the project. Adjustable shelves allow for flexible storage, while the use of full-length piano hinges plays a crucial role in long-term durability - especially under the daily demands of robust student use.
