Before/After: Kitchen remodel Recently, we transformed this unpleasant kitchen, in which almost everything was beyond its useful life, into a showpiece space with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, LVT flooring, and white shaker cabinets. The transformation was part of our larger, 3-year turnaround of 717 N Congress, a 4plex that is now a premium property in the heart of Normal Park.

206 N Washington St is an Avalon Housing development that will bring 22 units of affordable housing to downtown Ypsi. After breaking ground last August, the construction team has been working tirelessly to bring the building online by this fall. Last week the Yarrow team had the privilege of joining Mark from Phoenix Contractors, Inc. and John from Avalon in a tour of the building, where we learned more about the engineering and design decisions that have informed the build process, and all the work that goes into building a 24,000 SF ground-up structure in a little over a year.
