🤝 Lengow now supports Google AI Commerce. Google's AI Mode passed a billion monthly users in May 2026. More and more of them start their product search there. If Google's AI can't read your catalogue properly, it recommends someone else's... Two things you can do about it: 1️⃣ Start with the discoverability attributes. Google recognises six of them, all already native in Lengow's Google feed structures. Map them in NetAmplify today. Nothing to install, no Google validation to wait for. 2️⃣ Then there's Google Native Checkout, built on the Universal Commerce Protocol. Shoppers buy inside Google Gemini and AI Mode, and you stay merchant of record: your fulfilment, your payments, your customer. It's in early access, US first, and Google hasn't published a date for continental Europe yet. So: set up discoverability now, get in line for checkout.

Our latest newsletter edition is out 👇 Google rebuilt #shopping around #AI this year: an open checkout standard (UCP) in January, then Universal Cart at Google I/O in May, one cart across Search, Gemini, YouTube and Gmail. AI Mode passed a billion monthly users the same week. ➡️ Your product feed just picked up a second job: six new conversational attributes, and Google won't yet promise they change anything ➡️ Discovery is live in Europe. Native checkout is a US beta with no European date ➡️ Google has killed in-house #checkout twice before. Is this the time it sticks? The takeaway: being recommended and being buyable are now two separate products on Google, and only one has reached your market. Read the full E-Commerce Growth Hacking edition here 👇

#ecommerce #retail #marketplaces

🚀 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘄 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝘃𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝗻 𝗚𝗼𝗼𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗖𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁𝗽𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲. This is great news for enterprise brands and retailers already working within the Google Cloud ecosystem. They can now access Lengow’s e-commerce solutions more easily through Google Cloud Marketplace and use their existing cloud budget to support key commerce initiatives. At Lengow, we help brands and retailers scale their online performance across: 🛒 #Marketplace management 📣 Product ads 📊 Pricing intelligence 🔎 Reseller monitoring ✨ AI-powered commerce workflows with AI Studio And this comes at a key moment for the market. AI is changing 𝗵𝗼𝘄 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱, 𝗲𝗻𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱, 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 and 𝗼𝗽𝘁𝗶𝗺𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗲𝗹𝘀. But for commerce teams, the real challenge is turning AI into something operational, scalable and useful in daily workflows. That is exactly where Lengow comes in. With AI Studio, 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝘀𝘂𝗽𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗱𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗮𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 that often slows down growth. Being available on Google Cloud Marketplace makes it even easier for enterprise customers to connect cloud investment with real commerce execution. A new step to help #brands and #retailers turn product data into performance.

𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝘀𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗯𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲. 𝗔 𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲. We tracked price disparities on identical products across four European markets: France, Germany, Spain, and Italy. Average prices observed January to May 2026, across different sector. Every product matched by EAN. Source: Lengow platform data via NetRivals. Two things came out of it. 📊 The first is about the size of the gaps. 𝗔 𝗴𝗮𝗽 𝗼𝗳 𝟭𝟬 𝘁𝗼 𝟭𝟮% 𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵𝘆. Beyond that threshold, the #pricegap signals something else: a brand that has lost control of its price positioning, or a retailer pricing without watching the market. A few examples: 👉 +𝟭𝟯𝟭.𝟵% on Royal Canin Veterinary Skin Care in Spain: 73.92€ at BVS Vet+Shop, 171.41€ at Tiendanimal. 👉 +𝟭𝟭𝟭.𝟲% on an Under Armour cap in France: 14.85€ at Bike24, 31.42€ at Decathlon. These are average prices across five months. Not flash sales. Not stock clearance. The gap is the baseline. 🔎 The second is about who ends up where. 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗽𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗹𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗺𝗲. 👉 𝗭𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗼 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗻𝗮𝘂𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝗱 across fashion in Italy and Spain, and beauty in France and Italy. 👉 𝗔𝗺𝗮𝘇𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘂𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗻𝘀𝘄𝗲𝗿. It holds the lowest price on running shoes in Spain and on a beauty product in Germany. Price perception and price reality are two different things. The #retailers shoppers associate with value are not always the ones actually delivering it, and the ones they overlook often are.

🚨 𝗢𝘂𝗿 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗲𝘄𝘀𝗹𝗲𝘁𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝘀 𝗼𝘂𝘁 Same product. Same barcode. 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲. Between January and May 2026, our NetRivals solution tracked identical products online across Germany, Spain, France and Italy. Some #price gaps stayed in the expected 10 to 12% range. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗲𝗱 𝟳𝟬%, 𝟭𝟬𝟬%, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻 𝟭𝟯𝟱%. In this edition, we zoom in on France and Spain: ➡️ Beauty shows the widest price gaps in both markets ➡️ Electronics remains #Amazon’s strongest category ➡️ Sport and Cycling specialists often beat generalists ➡️ Looking cheap and being reliably cheap are two very different things The takeaway: online price perception is 𝗻𝗼𝘄 𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗲𝗱 𝗯𝘆 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱. We just published our Amazon France #study covering January to May 2026, across four categories: High-Tech, Sports & Leisure, Garden, and Beauty & Fragrance. 📰 Read the full study here: https://lnkd.in/e6QWQQFF The ranking we built is not based on sales. It 𝗶𝘀 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. On Amazon, sales show the outcome. Price and stock show the day-to-day work behind it: repricing, inventory moves, and active catalogue management. And two clear patterns came out of it. ⚙️ The first is about how #brands operate. 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, with hundreds of products repriced and restocked week after week. Shimano alone ran 846 products through more than 35,000 price and stock changes in five months. 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲, 𝗯𝘂𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗽𝗲𝗿 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁. Columbia Sportswear Company works just 115 products at 163 changes each, enough to place eight of them in the overall top 20. Both approaches make the ranking. A mid-size catalogue managed passively does not show up at all. 🇫🇷 The second pattern is specific to France. The most actively managed brands were not phone or appliance makers. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗯𝗶𝗸𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀, 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗺𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗱𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗴𝗲𝗮𝗿. A few figures make this clear: 👉 𝟭𝟱 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝟮𝟬 𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝗦𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗟𝗲𝗶𝘀𝘂𝗿𝗲 👉 𝟴 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗰𝘆𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀 👉 𝗚𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗻 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗮 𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗲 𝗼𝘄𝗻𝗲𝗿 (vidaXL), 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗶𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗹𝘁𝗶𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝟰𝟲𝘅 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗻 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿 And in France, that intensity is shaped by the calendar as much as by the brand. Garden activity spiked the exact weeks spring opened, and a third of the country's busiest catalogue runs on two wheels.

🔍Remember playing “𝗦𝗽𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲” as a kid? Turns out brands are still playing it today... except now it’s between their official product page and hundreds of reseller listings. 🤯 When a reseller page shows the wrong title, a blurry image, or missing details, you've got a 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗶𝘀𝘀𝘂𝗲. And small content issues can have a 𝗯𝗶𝗴 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁: ❌ Brand image suffers ❌ Customer confidence drops ❌ Conversion rates take a hit ❌ Returns increase due to inaccurate product information For brands managing large catalogues through reseller networks, manual checks quickly create blind spots. They are time-consuming, difficult to prioritise and impossible to scale. That’s where 𝗟𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗼𝘄’𝘀 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗶𝗻. With automated checks and smart dashboards, the new module helps brands monitor product content across reseller websites, all directly within NetMonitor. This gives brands a more complete view of their digital shelf across price, reviews, availability and now content compliance, so teams can spot issues faster, take action sooner and track improvements over time. Keeping reseller product pages compliant should not feel like an endless game of “Spot the Difference”. Want to know more and see how to apply this to your brand? 🫵 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗡𝗲𝘁𝗠𝗼𝗻𝗶𝘁𝗼𝗿’𝘀 𝗻𝗲𝘄 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗹𝗲 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲👉 https://lnkd.in/eSZdav7w

We just published our Amazon Spain #study covering January to May 2026, across four categories: High-Tech, Sports & Leisure, Garden, and Beauty & Fragrance. 📰 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝘆 𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲: https://lnkd.in/ertdjcm8 The ranking we built is not based on sales. It is 𝗯𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗶𝘁𝘆: 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗸 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀, 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸𝗲𝗱 𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗳𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀. And two clear patterns came out of it. ⚙️The first is about how #brands operate. - 𝗦𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗽 𝗯𝘆 𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗹𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲 𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗮𝗰𝗲, with hundreds of products repriced and restocked week after week. - 𝗢𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗴𝗲𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗼𝗴𝘂𝗲, but much higher intensity per product. In some cases, that means over 400 changes per product over the period. Both approaches make the ranking. A mid-size catalogue managed passively does not show up at all. 🇪🇸 The second pattern is specific to Spain. The most actively managed products between January and May were not smartphones or laptops. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲𝘁𝘀𝘂𝗶𝘁𝘀, 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝘁𝗯𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁. A few figures make this clear: 👉 17 of the top 20 most active products come from Sports and Leisure 👉 In Garden, the leading brand is a pool specialist, not a gardening one 👉 Seasonality shapes catalogue behaviour more than category size does And in Spain, that seasonality is very coastal, very summer.
