It's that time of year...our annual Le Mini Macaron team building offsite, followed by our holiday dinner! ⚡ The day kicked off with a training workshop where we took our individual DISC assessments, learned our dominant personality style (Dominance ❤️, Influence 💛, Steadiness 💚, Conscientiousness 💙) and played interactive games to improve our communications & understand how to work better together as a team! Lots of laughs & lots of learnings! We took a healthy lunch break, followed by a little surprise swag for our team (a new LMM tote bag 👜 & water bottle 💧!), then a state of the business 💰, plus our famous LMM Feud 🎯! At our holiday dinner, we played our favorite, "guess your secret santa" game and got to relax and have some fun together. 🎅 🎄 Thank you to our team for a wonderful team building day together! 🕺🫶

When the product development team goes on store checks...in New York City! Louise Mastriforti and Alice de Gandt spent Thanksgiving weekend in NYC visiting Ulta Beauty Anthropologie SEPHORA Target Nordstrom Urban Outfitters Old Navy and so many more stores to see Le Mini Macaron, Black Friday, and holiday gifting. While most of our team is based in Europe, we design for the US market and visiting our retailer partners to see the latest & the greatest is a must! 24,000 steps a day later (!), they're back at the office inspired with new ideas for our 2026 NPD plan! 🚀 Christina Kao Francois-xavier Humbert
