Our team managed registration and check-in, merchandise distribution, brand activations, and keynote speaker coordination, while also providing comprehensive wayfinding and directional support to keep everyone heading in the right direction. And what a line up of activations..! Coffee themed board games at Café de Cash Flow, AI colour analysis queues that never stopped at Hue & You, actual pickleball coaches, fresh trims at Clips and Curls and a slide straight down into the expo floor. Over the weekend, our team hit West London to staff the Nike Air Max Express customisation takeover by Seen Studios | B Corp Certified. What unfolded were two full sessions of pure energy: community and authenticators first thing, then consumers who'd bagged their jersey in-store came through in the afternoon to be a part of the magic. The magic? Local artist Mattia Guarnera airbrushed every single piece live - 25 one-of-one jerseys by the time the day wrapped, all to the back drop of a high energy DJ, and ice cream and drinks keeping everyone fuelled and cool. SO proud to work the Atlassian Williams F1 Team's pre-Silverstone activation, working alongside TBA. Group to bring the excitement of the British Grand Prix to fans across the UK. Instead of keeping the buzz centred on London, Williams took a brand-new car livery on the road, giving it its first public reveal in Edinburgh and Silverstone on 30th June, before touring to Manchester and Cardiff. Our brand ambassadors were on the ground at every location, engaging fans, running the competition activation and bringing the story to cities that don't always get to be part of the F1 conversation. A brilliant few days celebrating fans beyond the capital, and a great reminder that some of the best activations happen off the track. Real-time footfall tracking, measurable engagement at every touchpoint, and a fit-out that makes a car feel completely at home in the middle of one of London's busiest retail destinations.
