  • The biggest waste in workplace training right now isn't bad content. It's repetition. Same compliance course, every year, watched by people who already know it. Same onboarding playbook, every hire, taught one-on-one. Same product demo, every customer call, given live. If your team is doing the same training motion more than 10 times a year and it's not in an LMS, you're leaving hours on the table every week.

  • 4 patterns we see in SMB training programs that consistently produce results: 1. Automate enrollment from your source of truth. Don't manually enroll users in courses. Connect Konstantly to your HR system (BambooHR, Workday, your directory) via Zapier or our API. New hires land in the right training the day they start. 2. Build short courses, not long ones. A 10-minute course completed has more impact than a 60-minute course abandoned. Shorter courses also let you iterate faster on what's working. 3. Branch by role. Sales reps, engineers, and ops staff don't need the same compliance training. Use Pathboard to build one course that branches based on the learner's role. 4. Measure completion + outcome. "They finished the course" is not the same as "they retained it." Pair completion data with the metric that matters (support tickets filed, time-to-productive, certification pass rates). We built Konstantly around these patterns. They work on most LMSs - but they're the difference between "we have an LMS" and "our LMS is paying for itself.
