_ How Much Does Your Brand Weigh, Mr. Foster? _ Back in 2010, I went to the cinema to watch the film "How Much Does Your Building Weigh, Mr. Foster?" It sticks with me to this day, as I have always been drawn to architecture, structure, meaning, beauty, social impact, and functionality. Today, that question takes on a new meaning. As the founder of Singularity Advertising Agency, I am now also bringing my global experience to the team at Kilograph as Global Creative Director. For me, this step connects my extensive background in brand strategy and multiplatform narratives with my lifelong passion for the built environment. Excited to work with this incredible team and see what we build next.

The University of Washington has selected Maslow's Campus Communities as the development partner for UW Tacoma's student housing and dining development project, marking a significant step in bringing long-awaited amenities to the campus community. The selection follows a competitive request for qualifications and proposals process that attracted multiple teams interested in partnering with the university on the first major project to move forward under its campus master plan. Planned as a public-private partnership and scheduled to open in late 2029, the project will add housing for nearly 500 additional students to live on campus and include UW Tacoma’s first traditional dining hall, offering healthy, flexible meal options and a welcoming space for students to gather and connect.
