Let's assume you have the best job description. How do you prove that a candidate is right for the role? Reviewing their CV/resume? Handful of interviews? Some reference checks? Resumes are records of someone's past, different job, leader, team, company, culture & environment - and 95% have been AI enhanced. Interviews are an hours' worth of both sides doing their best performance theater to an anticipated script. And the top comment made by hiring managers after an interview . . . "𝘐 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦𝘥 (𝘰𝘳 𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘯'𝘵 𝘭𝘪𝘬𝘦) 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘮!" Refence checks, oh please, anyone can offer 3-5 people to say something kind (or at least not say anything bad) about them. You'd be better to cold call into a company and ask people randomly for the truth. Now, back to the beginning.
