Here’s what he has to say. 👇 "Two years ago, traditional outsourcing meant large teams and heavy overhead. We saw the inefficiency firsthand. Here at K-Softex, we changed the model. Today, each client engagement runs on a compact team of 2-4 backend developers, 1-2 frontend developers, 1 QA engineer, and 1 delivery lead. A separate DevOps team of 2-4 engineers manages all cloud infrastructure through Terraform on Azure or AWS. Where does AI fit? We use #ClaudeCode for code generation, large-scale refactoring, repository analysis, debugging, and implementation planning. AI also generates Terraform configurations, validates infrastructure, and supports monitoring. What’s important is that we use AI to amplify engineering expertise rather than replace it. Senior developers focus on architecture and business requirements while AI handles repetition. As a result, our team builds production-ready SaaS platforms in approximately 2-3 months, when specifications are established upfront. In March, our Lead Developer Roman Kireyeu attended Warsaw IT Days (Warszawskie Dni Informatyki), a major industry conference in Warsaw. He explored latest technologies and picked up valuable insights into current best practices. Roman also joined a panel discussion on AI-driven agile development and team staffing in the age of artificial intelligence. The conversation showed how organizations adapt to rapid technological change and rethink team building and management under AI’s influence. Roman exchanged ideas with experts, learned from their experience, and brought back fresh perspectives. Our team at K-Softex can’t wait to apply them in our daily work!

Morale is hard to maintain when your office is the open ocean 🌊 We worked with Nautical Miles Club (NMC) to build a digital rewards platform for the maritime industry. The client’s ask was specific: a system that works without constant internet, feels native on any device, protects financial transactions, and resonates with life at sea. Our technical approach: • A React Native app for crews, with offline access to eSIMs and wallet balances. • A Next.js management portal for HR teams to distribute rewards and measure impact. • A Python Django core with Stripe, built on AWS for global scale. As a result, pilot companies saw a 40% increase in reward redemption. Managers now run recognition programs in minutes. Crews gain immediate access to meaningful rewards, from connectivity to digital vouchers, directly on their phones. This case study demonstrates how technology, built for real-world constraints, can address human challenges in specialized fields. We helped a logistics company stop guessing about their fleet 🚚 Our client operates more than 2,000 vehicles across Europe. Its data lived in 15 different places: separate GPS systems, temperature logs, paper inspection reports, old software. This meant: - Unplanned breakdowns - Risks for food and pharma shipments - No clear view of operations We built one system to see everything. It takes real-time data from vehicle sensors and connects it to routes, schedules, and traffic. Our goal was to predict issues before they happen. What changed: - Refrigeration failures dropped 60% in the first quarter - Managers now use one dashboard, not disparate tools - The system scales as the company grows. Our CEO, Katerina Tamulenak, is currently in Tel-Aviv meeting with the company’s customers and prospective leads. Israel is an important country for K-Softex, as 70% of our customers are based there. One of these clients is Nautical Miles Club. We modernized their maritime mobile app's interface, creating greater clarity and consistency for its professional users. This effort also consolidated the codebase, which resulted in a more stable and predictable application. Stay tuned for more details about the project!
