Elite strikers are defined not only by goals, but by a combination of repeatable, well-developed physical and technical skills🔝 In the match against Crystal Palace, several decisive moments highlighted how these fundamentals work at the highest level — with Erling Haaland providing a clear example. High jump In the first goal, timing and explosive power were key. Winning the aerial duel and adjusting to the ball’s trajectory required precise coordination and body control — qualities developed through vertical jump training. Power Kick Finishing efficiency depends on technique, strength and confidence under pressure. The second goal and the calmly converted penalty demonstrated how clean mechanics and power translate into consistent results. These actions illustrate how top-level performance is built on specific, trainable components. When such skills are developed through structured testing, player progression becomes clearer, more measurable and easier to manage for coaches and sporting organizations. Khvicha Kvaratskhelia continues to demonstrate why he is considered one of the most dynamic wide attackers in modern football. In the match against Rennes, he delivered a performance that highlights key competencies required from high-level flank players: controlled dribbling, efficient direction changes and a technically strong, decisive strike. The actions shown in the clip align with two core skill areas that can be systematically trained and evaluated through structured testing: 1) Serpent A test focused on agility, coordination and rapid directional shifts — fundamental qualities for creating advantage in wide channels and 1v1 situations. 2) Power Kick A test that measures shooting mechanics, strike power and accuracy under pressure — essential components of high-quality finishing. These examples illustrate how elite-level actions are rooted in fundamental skills that can be developed, monitored and objectively measured. Structured testing provides coaches with clarity on player progression and helps young athletes build competencies relevant to the professional game.

Erling Haaland reached the 100-goal mark in the Premier League faster than any player in history — a milestone that highlights not only his efficiency but also the quality of his fundamental football skills. In the match against Fulham, three consecutive actions led to his milestone goal: two strikes that hit the woodwork and a third that finally found the net. Each episode reflects specific technical and physical abilities that can be objectively assessed and developed through structured testing. 1) High Jump In the second moment, Haaland rises above the defender, wins the aerial duel, and delivers a powerful header. This illustrates the competencies measured by the High Jump test: explosive lower-body power, body control, timing, and the ability to create advantage in aerial situations. The execution was strong — only the finishing accuracy was missing. 2) Power Kick Haaland’s striking technique is exemplary for the Power Kick test: power, speed, and clean mechanics. His first attempt was technically excellent but did not result in a goal due to the density of the episode. The third strike, however, carried such force and precision that the goalkeeper had virtually no time to react. These episodes demonstrate that even at the Premier League level, decisive actions rely on fundamental skills that can be systematically developed, measured, and monitored. This episode illustrates how specific on-field actions in professional football can be directly mapped to the structured skill tests within our system📲 In his goal-scoring moment, Estevão demonstrated three core abilities that align with the metrics we evaluate. 1) Dribbling 15m — the phase where he carried the ball before accelerating, keeping it within the optimal distance. This test measures stability, control, and high-intensity ball-handling speed. 2) Serpent — the change of direction before entering the dribble. The test evaluates agility, balance, body coordination and the ability to shift movement patterns under pressure. 3) Power Kick — the finishing action. This test assesses striking power, technique, and accuracy in dynamic and constrained situations. Our testing framework enables coaches and academies to track development through objective, repeatable metrics and helps young players strengthen the skills that directly translate into real match performance.

✅ Data builds confidence, and consistency builds athletes. In youth football, individual performance tracking is the foundation of meaningful development. Whether you’re a parent or a coach, accurate data from the grassroots stage helps you understand how a child is progressing — physically, technically, and mentally — both in comparison to their peers and their own past results. With regular testing, you measure improvement, spot hidden potential, and adjust training with purpose. ⚽ For coaches: better feedback, better planning, stronger squads. 👨👩👧👦 For parents: clear progress, not guesswork. You can make youth development measurable - from day one.
