Progress doesn't happen overnight. It happens through research, innovation, and the willingness to have conversations that were once considered taboo. We're proud to be part of the movement advancing women's intimate health.
Not long ago, it would have been hard to imagine a mainstream publication like People Inc. dedicating a feature to vaginal dryness and menopause. Or a celebrity like Halle Berry speaking so openly about such a personal aspect of women's health. Yesterday's feature in People is a reminder of how much the conversation has evolved. I started Joylux, Inc more than a decade ago because I believed women deserved better care, more choices, more products backed by science, and more open dialogue about menopause and intimate health. Our partnership with Halle Berry and Respin is rooted in that same commitment. Vaginal dryness isn't just uncomfortable. It can affect confidence, intimacy, and quality of life. It affects millions of women. Yet many assume it's simply something they have to live with. JUICY LIKE A PEACH® is an incredible vaginal gel powered by proprietary HPMC-5™ technology, designed to adhere to intimate tissue and deliver long-lasting moisture and protection. It's the kind of innovation that becomes possible when we stop accepting women's health concerns as inevitable and start solving for them. Thank you, People, for helping bring this conversation into the mainstream. And thank you, Halle, for continuing to use your voice to help women feel seen, heard, and supported. Every conversation helps reduce stigma. Every innovation gives women more options. Read the full story: https://lnkd.in/djDSk8RY #Menopause #FemTech #IntimateHealth

New research presented at the Endocrine Society's ENDO 2026 Annual Meeting adds to the growing body of evidence highlighting the importance of bone health during and after menopause. In an observational study, postmenopausal women using menopausal hormone therapy had a significantly lower risk of low bone mineral density than those not using it. The findings reinforce an important message: menopause care isn't just about managing symptoms like hot flashes or vaginal dryness. It's also about protecting long-term health. At Joylux, we believe women deserve evidence-based information that empowers them to make informed decisions about their health. Whether it's bone health, intimate wellness, sleep, or other menopause-related concerns, education is the foundation for better conversations with healthcare providers and better care. Every woman's menopause journey is different, and treatment decisions should be made with a knowledgeable healthcare provider based on individual health history, symptoms, goals, and preferences. As the science continues to evolve, we're encouraged to see more research helping women navigate menopause with confidence and supporting their health for the decades that follow. As longevity becomes one of the fastest-growing areas of healthcare innovation, one question is becoming impossible to ignore: How can we improve healthspan without better understanding menopause? Women now spend a significant portion of their lives post-menopause, yet this transition remains one of the most under-researched and misunderstood aspects of health. That's why we're proud to see our Joylux Menopause Insights Report 2026 highlighted by Women of Wearables (wearables, health tech & femtech) as part of the UK's first Longevity Festival. Drawing on data from more than 23,000 women, the report found that perimenopause and menopause are better understood not as a collection of isolated symptoms, but as an interconnected system in which fatigue, cognition, mood, sleep, vasomotor symptoms, and genitourinary health are deeply linked. This matters because women don't experience menopause one symptom at a time. They experience it as a whole-body transition. As conversations around longevity continue to evolve, women's health must be part of the foundation, not an afterthought. We're grateful to Women of Wearables for helping elevate this important discussion. #FemTech #WomensHealth #Longevity https://lnkd.in/gJ37bFs6

Our Menopause Insights Report represents the experiences of more than 23,000 women and reinforces something we've long believed at Joylux: women deserve to be listened to, studied, and taken seriously. We're proud to share the findings and grateful to every woman who shared her experience and helped make this work possible.
For years, women have been saying their symptoms are connected. Now we have the data.

An important and nuanced conversation. Women’s intimate health has been overlooked for far too long, and the growing attention to this space reflects very real unmet needs. We need more research, more education, and more evidence-backed innovation, while also holding the category to high standards of transparency and science.
The New York Times recently published an article titled “The Vaginal Wellness Boom Is Here.” The fact that a major publication is covering intimate health at this level is, in itself, a sign of meaningful progress. For decades, topics like vaginal dryness, painful sex, pelvic pain, recurrent UTIs, and menopause symptoms were largely ignored, minimized, or discussed in whispers. Women were expected to quietly tolerate discomfort without adequate research, treatment options, or informed conversations with their physicians. So yes, a boom is happening. Women are speaking more openly about intimate health. Awareness is growing. Innovation is accelerating. And finally, long-overlooked issues are receiving mainstream attention. At the same time, the article raises important concerns about pseudoscience, exaggerated claims, and the growing number of products entering the market with varying levels of evidence behind them. Those concerns are valid. Women deserve transparency, credibility, and solutions grounded in real science. But reading it, I couldn’t help but feel that the underlying impression left with readers is that this category is somehow messy, overly commercialized, and perhaps even a bit ridiculous. What risks getting lost is the reason this category exists in the first place. Women’s intimate health has been profoundly underserved for generations. When healthcare systems fail to adequately study, diagnose, and treat these issues, women inevitably begin searching elsewhere for answers. In that environment, both meaningful innovation and questionable solutions emerge at the same time. That does not mean we should dismiss the category itself. It means we should demand better from it. More research. More clinical attention. More evidence-backed innovation. More honest education. More standards. Because women are not seeking these solutions simply because wellness culture told them to. They are seeking them because, for far too long, their symptoms, pain, and experiences were not taken seriously enough. #WomensHealth #Menopause #IntimateHealth #FemTech https://lnkd.in/gWnNNcj4

Here at Joylux, we’ve watched Founder & CEO Colette Courtion advocate for women in midlife long before menopause became part of mainstream conversation. She has pushed for more innovation, more research, more honesty, and better solutions in a category that was overlooked for far too long. We’re proud to see that work recognized by Women of Wearables (wearables, health tech & femtech) in their 100 Trailblazing Leaders in Menopause list and proud to continue building alongside so many others helping move women’s health forward.
What an honor to be named to Women of Wearables (wearables, health tech & femtech) 100 Trailblazing Leaders in Menopause. There was a time when building in menopause and intimate wellness meant constantly explaining why this category mattered at all. Why women deserved better solutions. Why symptoms impacting millions of women were still overlooked. Why midlife health was treated as niche instead of essential. Seeing the level of innovation, advocacy, and momentum in women’s health today is incredibly encouraging, and I’m grateful to be part of it alongside so many people helping push this space forward. The work is far from done, but the conversation has changed in important ways. Thank you to Women of Wearables for the recognition. #WomensHealth #Menopause #FemTech #MidlifeHealth https://lnkd.in/dP5F8exa
