Every show ends the same way: hundreds of fan stories with videos of their favorite songs tagging the artist, all to just be gone in 24 hours. We partnered with Laylo to catch them. Introducing the swsh integration: When a fan posts an Instagram story tagging an artist after an event, Laylo's system automatically sends them a DM dropping our album link. One tap later, their whole camera roll from the night is in the artist's swsh album. No one on your team has to lift a finger. The DMs go out on their own, and the uploads roll in while the crew is still packing up the stage. We've been fans of what Laylo built for artist-to-fan messaging for a long time, so connecting our two systems felt obvious. Their DMs reach fans at the exact moment they're posting. Our albums give all that content a place to live after the story expires. Big thanks to the Laylo team for building this with us. If you manage content for an artist, the integration is live today.

We're excited to announce a $4M Seed round led by Game Changers Ventures, with support from incredible investors including Scott “Scooter” Braun, Guy Oseary, Stellation Capital, SignalFire, MaC Venture Capital, and others. A few years ago, while hosting community events and testing early products, my co-founders Weilyn Chong, Nathan Ahn, and I noticed a consistent pattern. After every event, people asked the same questions: Where are the photos? Who captured that moment? How do I reconnect with the people I met? It all comes back to the reason why we started swsh. How do I see you again, somewhere, somehow. Today, brands, teams, artists, and event operators are investing more heavily than ever in live experiences. Yet much of the participation, content, and audience engagement generated at those events remains fragmented, difficult to measure, and largely inaccessible once the experience ends. swsh is here to help organizations turn live participation into owned content, first-party audience insights, and stronger communities. We're fortunate to work with partners including Universal Music Group, Warner Music Group, Sony Music Entertainment, Detroit Pistons, LinkedIn, and Forbes. Every live experience should have a digital layer that captures participation, preserves memory, and helps organizations better understand the communities they're building. As live experiences become an increasingly important channel for audience engagement, we're excited to continue building for the organizations shaping culture and community through them. Thank you to our team, partners, customers, and investors who believed in this vision. See you somewhere, somehow. https://lnkd.in/eQEFbS2J

We processed 6 million photos and videos in 2025, worked with Rolling Loud, NYSE, The HEINEKEN Company, etc., but yesterday a single fan album changed how I see event marketing forever. I was reviewing our year-end data when I noticed something that stopped me cold. 6 million photos. From festivals, concerts, tours, sports events worldwide. But it wasn't the volume that hit me. It was what those photos represent. Every single one is a fan saying: "This moment mattered to me." Here's what changed my perspective: We keep treating UGC like it's optional. A "nice to have" for forward-thinking brands. Something to test when there's extra budget. But look at any major event today. The most shared content isn't coming from the official channels. It's coming from the crowd. What our 2025 data taught us: The events crushing it aren't the ones with the biggest production budgets. They're the ones who understood this shift first. When fans see their own photos in an event's official album, something fundamental changes. They stop being attendees. They become part of the story. Think about your last event. How many incredible moments happened that you never captured? How many fans took photos you'll never see? How many stories died in camera rolls? That's not just lost content. It's lost connection. The question isn't "Should we collect UGC?" anymore. That's like asking if you should have a website in 2025. The question is: "How fast can we capture every single moment our fans are already creating?" Because while event marketers debate tactics, fans are already documenting everything. They're already creating. They're already sharing. You just need to collect it. If you're ready for the future with swsh, DM me.
