This week, our team was on a parking garage floor at 3am installing sensors while I was updating an investor pitch deck at my desk. Our install crew just wrapped day one of a new hospital-campus install, sensors live and reporting on three of six garage floors before most of the building was even awake. Phase two goes in next week. But really, nobody claps for that. There's no all-hands slide for "installed clean, on schedule, in a live structure with staff and patients still moving through it." But that's the actual company. That is Japa, Inc. The reason a customer trusts us with a major healthcare campus is that the crew on the ground treats a Sunday install with the same seriousness I bring to a board or investor meeting.
