The weather this week didn’t keep the training at bay. A full parking lot and classroom was at the Insco Distributing, Inc. training center in Hutto. trevor feldstein led the class through an in-depth and hands on course on the Mitsubishi Electric Trane US M-Tool. These contractors spent the morning learning all about the functions of the maintenance tool software and how to utilize it in the field. They then moved onto a hands on portion where they got to put these new skills into practice. Time spent training is time saved diagnosing systems in the field, and brings a much better customer experience, even when things go wrong. Great job to Candace Kraus and Brandon Wammack for filling the class. The technicians who attended are so much better equipped to service their homeowners this summer.
