Last Friday marked Matt Campbell's final day as CTO at Hypar. He’s decided to venture out and work on some of his own projects. Matt joined Hypar in 2019. In the life of a startup, seven years is an eternity. Matt gave us more than we could have ever asked for. He not only built the platform on which Hypar runs, he built a team and a culture of technical excellence and impact. As much as I’ll miss working with Matt, I’m incredibly excited to announce that Andrew Heumann is stepping into the role of CTO, effective today. Andrew joined Hypar in 2019 and has been integral in every stage of the growth of the company. From the early days of generative design, through his pioneering experiments with text-to-bim, to the simple, powerful, design application that Hypar is today, Andrew has been central to our exploration and implementation of the next generation of building design tools. I can’t wait to work with Andrew on what’s next. Please join me in welcoming him to his new role!
