There's a ~$500k revenue gap per physician between what the average oncology clinic earns from its dispensing program and what the top ones do. We'll be at the Community Oncology Alliance Conference next week talking with clinics about how to measure success and grow their dispensing programs. If you're headed to Orlando, come find us at booth 116.

  • A few weeks ago we came together in Arizona for a company-wide retreat that focused on what matters most: our people, our customers, our patients, and our culture. And this year, we had even more reason to celebrate — we marked our 5-year anniversary as a company. 🎉 Five years of growth, challenges, milestones, and moments that have shaped who we are. Coming together in Arizona gave us the chance to honor how far we've come while setting our sights on everything still ahead. 🌵 We stepped away from the day-to-day, reconnected as a team, and aligned around the values and vision that drive everything we do. From meaningful conversations to shared experiences under the Arizona sun, it was a powerful reminder of just how much we can accomplish when we're truly in it together. ☀️ A few things we're taking back with us: ✔️ Deep gratitude for five incredible years ✔️ Stronger relationships across teams and departments ✔️ Inspired ideas that will shape what comes next To our incredible team — past and present — thank you for building something truly special. Here's to the next five years and beyond. 🥂

  • At House Rx, we’re on a mission to make specialty medications more accessible and affordable for patients. That’s why we were excited to join Martin Cech on the Health Tech Nerds podcast. In this clip, House Rx VP of Client Operations Tamiko Y. and Chief Pharmacy & Operating Officer Denali Cahoon talk about how we're bringing medically integrated dispensing to specialty pharmacy. By helping community specialty practices operate their own pharmacy services, we’re making it easier for care teams to support patients and for patients to access the medications they need. • Curious about what this "medically integrated dispensing" thing is about? Join us live tomorrow as Ogi Kavazovic chats with Health Tech Nerds to discuss the future of (specialty) pharmacy and House Rx's recent series b raise. Register to join at 1:00pm ET Wednesday, Dec 10th: https://luma.com/qr2tlexi

One of the most fraught relationships in healthcare is between specialty pharmacies, PBMs, and drug manufacturers. When a specialty drug is prescribed, patients and care teams have to navigate that administrative complexity alongside what’s often a high degree of therapeutic complexity. House Rx, which recently raised a Series B co-led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Town Hall Ventures, has brought specialty pharmacy into the clinics where these drugs are prescribed through a medically integrated dispensing model. Tomorrow at 1 p.m. Eastern, I’ll be chatting with Ogi Kavazovic for Health Tech Nerds Discussions about which specialties lend themselves to medically integrated dispensing, opportunities to manage costs for high-dollar drugs, and how technology is enabling independent physicians to add specialty pharmacy capabilities to their clinics. Link to register in the comments.

In this conversation with Amir Bormand of The Tech Trek podcast, House Rx CEO Ogi Kavazovic breaks down why building enterprise software requires a completely different playbook from traditional product management. Most startup advice assumes fast iteration, direct access to users, and the ability to ship scrappy MVPs. Enterprise is the opposite: buyers aren’t the end-users, sales cycles are long, and products often need a sweeping feature set just to make it into procurement. This episode offers a practical guide to building in high-stake, slow-moving enterprise environments without losing velocity, alignment, or morale. You’ll learn: ✅ Why the distinction between B2B and “B2𝗕𝗶𝗴B” changes everything about product strategy ✅ How to use narrative-driven slide decks to validate ideas before writing code ✅ Why an enterprise “MVP” often requires dozens—or hundreds—of features, and how to sequence them intelligently ✅ How to keep engineering teams motivated when releases take quarters, not weeks 🚨 On the topic of building...we are HIRING across our #engineering and #product teams. New episode with Ogi Kavazovic, CEO and Co-founder of House Rx 🎙️ We explored why enterprise product management is a different game and why most PM frameworks miss what really matters. Highlights: • Pre sell with slides, not prototypes. Validate product buyer fit before writing code.
 • Enterprise MVPs are not small. You may need a hundred features just to be viable.
 • Buyer and user are not the same. Marketing becomes part of product strategy. If you are building for enterprise or navigating long sales cycles, this one is worth a listen. 🎧 The Tech Trek episode: https://eleva.no/ogik #enterprise #leadership #productmanagement #founders

The energy in the room this morning said it all. A powerful morning packed with honesty, innovation, and momentum. Day 2 opened with conversations that challenged us to think differently about how we lead, support patients, and shape the future of #oncology care. Author and therapist Amy Morin set the tone with her keynote, “13 Things Mentally Strong People Don’t Do,” offering a real and practical take on resilience and leadership in a field where emotional strength is essential. Her message felt personal and deeply connected to the realities of oncology. The focus then shifted to #AI in oncology, highlighting how technology is already being used to support care teams, streamline workflows, and improve patient outcomes. The discussion went beyond buzzwords and showcased real examples of AI in action - what’s working, where the challenges are, and how AI can actually make care more human. The session featured Sanjay Juneja, M.D. (Citrus Oncology), Olalekan Ajayi PharmD MBA FACCC (Highlands Oncology Group), Kristan Monugian (House Rx). It’s been a strong first half of the day, and we’re excited to keep the momentum going with this afternoon’s sessions and digital poster presentations. #NCODASummit25

🚀 Big news: 𝗛𝗼𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗥𝘅 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝘀𝗲𝗱 $𝟱𝟱 𝗺𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗶𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗕 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 to scale our in-clinic specialty pharmacy model. At a time when the industry is challenging the PBM-owned specialty pharmacy model, we’re proving that local, integrated pharmacy care can improve outcomes, reduce costs, and put patients and providers at the center. This round, led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) and Town Hall Ventures, fuels our growth into new specialties and helps us accelerate innovation on our AI-powered pharmacy management platform. Our investors share our belief that the future of specialty pharmacy is local, integrated, and patient-first — not centralized and opaque. 🎥 Check out the video below to hear directly from them about why they’re backing House Rx and what they see in this moment for the industry. Grateful for our team, our clinic partners, and our investors for believing in this vision. 🔗 Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/eV89_Veu

  • Prescriptions written look strong and dispenses are up – it’s a day like any other: reviewing dashboards, reports, and another round of numbers.  But something is off — revenue isn’t keeping pace. The math isn’t mathing. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. Across dozens of medically integrated pharmacies, we’ve seen the same patterns appear between what the data shows and what’s really happening. Our new article by VP of Customer Operations, Tamiko Y., breaks down the 5 most common causes and what you can do about them. 🔗 https://lnkd.in/dZ6Wt5vB

🙋🏻♀️Is medication in-office dispensing the game changer rheumatology needs? Some practices thrive with MID while others hit legal and operational walls.
