𝗕𝟮𝗥𝘂𝗻: 𝗚𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗺 ü𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗱𝗶𝗲 𝗭𝗶𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗲 Beim diesjährigen #B2Run in München waren 110 Kolleginnen und Kollegen von HENSOLDT aus Fürstenfeldbruck und Taufkirchen am Start. Mit unserem eigenen Stand, optimalen Laufbedingungen und großartiger Stimmung wurde der Abend zu einem starken Zeichen dafür, was uns auch im Arbeitsalltag auszeichnet: Zusammenarbeit, Zusammenhalt und gegenseitige Unterstützung. Besonders gefreut hat uns, dass alle drei Mitglieder des HENSOLDT-Vorstands – Oliver Dörre, Inka Tews und Christian Ladurner – Teil des Teams waren und gemeinsam mit den Mitarbeitenden an den Start gingen. Ein sichtbares Zeichen für Nähe, Verbundenheit und ein starkes Miteinander über alle Ebenen hinweg. Veranstaltungen wie der B2Run zeigen, dass Teamgeist dort entsteht, wo Menschen zusammenkommen, sich austauschen, gegenseitig motivieren und gemeinsame Erlebnisse schaffen – auf der Laufstrecke genauso wie im beruflichen Alltag. Vielen Dank an alle, die gelaufen sind, angefeuert haben oder bei der Organisation unterstützt haben. HENSOLDT has participated in the funding round for the European defence tech company Project Q. The round was led by the Polish venture capital investor Expeditions Fund; Project A and Heliad also participated. With this investment, we are further expanding our existing strategic collaboration with Project Q and strengthening our activities in the field of software-defined defence and multi-domain integration. Project Q develops open software solutions that enable sensors, unmanned systems, command and mission systems, and other capabilities from different manufacturers to be securely interconnected and orchestrated. 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗽𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗿 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗸𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗮𝗻 𝗮𝗶𝗿 𝗱𝗲𝗳𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲   HENSOLDT´s TRML-4D radars have been protecting Ukraine since the start of Russia's attack in 2022 as part of the IRIS-T SML air defence system.   Based on the latest AESA (Active Electronically Scanned Array) radar technology, #TRML-4D is also part of the ‘Near and Very Short Range Air Defence System’ NNbS ordered by the German Armed Forces and other European countries as part of the European Sky Shield initiative.    Our colleague Noah Heitkamp gives more insights into the technical features and upcoming projects. #TRML #GBAD #ESSI #detectandprotect

𝗛𝗘𝗡𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗗𝗧 𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗙𝟭𝟮𝟲 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗺𝗲 The German Federal Ministry of Defence - Bundesministerium der Verteidigung has decided not to proceed with the #F126 #frigate programme and, instead – subject to the approval of the German Bundestag’s Budget Committee – to pursue the procurement of MEKO A-200-class frigates. The Federal Office for Equipment, Information Technology and Use of the #Bundeswehr has informed the project’s subcontractors accordingly. “We are carefully assessing the implications of the Federal Ministry of Defence’s decision and coordinating the next steps closely with our contractual partner,” says HENSOLDT CEO Oliver Dörre. “What is important for HENSOLDT is that our technological contribution to the F126 project is high-performing and based on an established product family. 𝗡𝗲𝘄 𝗹𝗼𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗰𝘀 𝗰𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗲 HENSOLDT opens new logistics centre in Wolfhagen, Germany, housing the warehousing operations for the Bundeswehr Central Spare Parts Logistics (#ZEBEL) project and the component hub. Operations are set to begin in early September.  At the opening ceremony Major General Jochen Deuer, Commander of the Bundeswehr Logistics Command, explained the importance of ZEBEL: “The development and expansion of logistical capabilities are crucial to ensuring a credible deterrent and genuine defence capability for the Federal Republic of Germany.”  Jens Nielsen, Head of the Services & Training Division at HENSOLDT, added: “HENSOLDT is committed to ensuring the operational readiness of our armed forces, equipping them effectively and keeping downtime to a minimum.
