We’re proud to announce that construction has officially begun on another major expansion for Henshaw, Inc. Our new approximately 50,000 sq. ft. building is being added at our existing Armada, Michigan campus alongside our current 76,000 sq. ft. main facility and auxiliary buildings. It will be equipped with overhead cranes, oversized bay doors, a truck well / loading dock, and fully prepped with pneumatics and electrical for equipment hookups. Once completed, Henshaw’s combined office and shop footprint will exceed 140,000 sq. ft., providing substantially more production space and more than doubling our overall build and fabrication capacity. This expansion represents another major investment in our team, our capabilities, and our future. We have once again partnered with Quadrate Companies for all building-related construction and contracting! We are expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Henshaw Inc. operates out of our newly constructed 76,000 sq. ft engineering and manufacturing facility! Completed in spring 2020, our facility features a fabrication shop, machine shop, control panel build shop, engineering and design offices, conference rooms, fitness center, and many other amenities. In the Fall of 2023, we also expanded by adding a 9,500 sq. ft auxiliary building dedicated to manufacturing. We are located at 70890 Powell Road, Armada, MI 48005.
