Hangtight is thrilled to announce a national partnership with the National Association of College and University Residence Halls (NACURH), one of the largest student-run nonprofit organizations in the world. As an official technology partner, Hangtight will support NACURH, Inc. at the national level and across its eight regional affiliate conferences, as well as the 2026 NACURH national conference later this year at Texas A&M University. Over the past two years, Hangtight was successfully used at the SAACURH Conference, NACURH’s South Atlantic affiliate, where about 30 member institutions and over 200 delegates participated. These conferences served as a testing ground for our exclusive conference experience, designed to help student leaders and delegates connect, engage, and build community. With this partnership, NACURH will expand Hangtight’s conference experience across all affiliate conferences, empowering thousands of student leaders and residence life professionals to engage meaningfully. Ultimately, member institutions will also be able to explore bringing Hangtight into their own campus housing communities. 170 incredible RAs. Yesterday, we had the honor of connecting with them at the UT RA Resource Fair for our second year in a row, and we were the only private-sector table in the room. As a proud Texas Ex and UT Longhorn, coming back with Hangtight to build something for my own alma mater makes me feel deeply connected to our vision and purpose. This isn’t just business. It’s personal. It was inspiring to meet the new generation of RAs as they prepare to welcome residents for the Fall 2025 semester at The University of Texas at Austin. This month, Hangtight has been busy supporting college Residence Life programs as the semester kicks off — recently supporting new institutions such as Ole Miss and the University of South Florida, among others. In our world, the RA’s role isn’t just important. It’s fundamental. They’re the heart of the college campus, and in many ways, the heart of our industry. RAs are on the frontlines: building community, guiding thousands of residents through one of the most transformative chapters of their lives, and making it happen day in and day out. Their impact is profound, and at Hangtight, we’re grateful for every chance to support with them with a product experience designed to engage their resident communities inclusively.
