The day also gave us the opportunity to celebrate Josep Closa and thank him for his dedication, hard work, and the lasting impact he has made at Haarslev over the years 👏 While this marks the beginning of a new chapter for Josep, we're pleased that our collaboration will continue in a new form. Every successful start-up begins with strong collaboration 🤝   Our team has successfully completed the start-up and commissioning of a complete poultry rendering plant for a customer in Lower Egypt - supporting the launch of their new poultry slaughterhouse. Alongside commissioning the plant, our specialists have worked closely with the customer's team through hands-on training, helping operators build the knowledge and confidence needed to run the plant safely, efficiently, and with consistent product quality. Our goal is not only to get the plant up and running, but to help our customers maximize uptime, achieve high product quality, and get the greatest possible value from their raw materials from day one. A big thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. We look forward to following the customer's journey and continuing our collaboration 🌠

A week of teamwork, precision, and performance 🏎️ Recently, our colleague Daniel, together with colleagues from Denmark and Spain, spent the week together to accelerate the implementation of a new ERP system in Spain. The week was filled with testing, discussions, and knowledge sharing - all focused on creating a system that supports our daily operations and helps us continue delivering great service to our customers. As it happened, the Formula 1 race at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya was taking place just around the corner. And while the setting was very different, the principles felt surprisingly familiar: preparation, teamwork, timing, and continuous optimization are what drive success - both on the track and in projects like this one. A big thank you to Christopher, Brian, Tine, Stine, Bjarne, Lasse and Frederik from Denmark – and of course our colleagues in Spain – for their commitment, collaboration, and great company throughout the week 🤝

There's something special about showing your family where you work ☀️ Last Friday, our team in Hårslev, Denmark, welcomed family members for a summer gathering - a chance to enjoy a great day together and get a behind-the-scenes look at the workplace many of our colleagues spend so much time. With sunshine, food trucks, cold drinks, a bouncy castle, and plenty of great conversations, it was a fantastic way to celebrate the start of summer and the holiday season. Sometimes it means crossing borders, navigating remote locations, and overcoming logistical challenges to provide the support our customers need. This photo was captured during a service visit in Chile - one example of the commitment our teams bring every day to keep customer operations running smoothly. Because great service means being there when it matters most 🤝

Behind every successful plant is a lot more than steel and equipment 👷♂️🏗️ A month ago, we shared a glimpse from the inauguration of the Harvey Beef rendering plant in Western Australia. Today, we'd like to share a few more highlights from the project itself. This has been a major undertaking for Haarslev, delivered in close collaboration with Harvest Road Group and made possible by the dedication of colleagues across teams, functions, and countries. A few numbers highlight the scale of the project: • 21,000 hours of project and design work • 20,000 hours of mechanical installation • 4,500 hours of electrical installation • 2,700 hours of thermal insulation installation • 780 tons of steel and equipment shipped and installed A huge thank you to everyone involved in bringing this project to life. Projects like these are a testament to what can be achieved when expertise, teamwork, and commitment come together 🤝
