Large administrative office buildings succeed when design decisions are driven by operations. During the design of the Washington County Administration Building, a major focus was creating clear separation between public and private functions while maintaining flexibility for future growth, evolving departmental needs, and changing workplace demands. Our team collaborated closely with County leadership, staff, and the contractor throughout the design-build process to align operational priorities, budget considerations, constructability, and long-term functionality from the earliest stages of planning. Administrative office buildings like these require more than efficient space planning. We were proud to join the Sierra Madre community in celebrating the ribbon cutting of the newly renovated and expanded Sierra Madre Public Library! Our Southern Nevada Martin-Harris office recently hosted the Nevada Contractors Association Safety Committee for a special Safety Forum on Urban Wildlife & Construction Safety.
