  • Not every day at work needs to happen inside a meeting room or behind a screen. To celebrate the anniversary of GreedyGame, the entire team stepped out for a day filled with energy, laughter, and a lot of fun. What started as a simple outing quickly turned into a day of fun, competition, teamwork, and unforgettable moments. Thanks to the incredible team at Trebound, we participated in a series of engaging team-building activities that pushed us to collaborate, think creatively, and support each other. From solving challenges together to cheering each other on, every activity reminded us how strong teams are built, not just through work, but through shared experiences. Beyond the games and friendly competition, the day was also a reminder of something important: Great teams are not only defined by the work they do, but by the relationships they build along the way. It was amazing to see colleagues stepping into leadership roles, encouraging one another, and celebrating small wins together. Moments like these strengthen the culture that makes GreedyGame such a special place to be part of.   • We recently concluded our Hackathon, GREEDYHACK 2026, with an overwhelming response, with more than 50% of our team actively participating. In less than 10 days, teams came together to brainstorm fresh ideas and build innovative prototypes. The solutions directly addressed real problem statements using AI in Adtech and, in the process, brought out hidden talents of many across the organization. The quality of submissions truly reflected our culture of ownership, innovation, and collaboration. While we had originally announced 2 winning slots, the exceptional standard of ideas made it impossible to stop there. Our founders spent a significant amount of time thoughtfully reviewing and deliberating over the submissions, and we proudly recognized 3 winners. Congratulations to Team Newbies, Hackstreet Boys, and Escape Velocity for winning the prizes! Your effort, ingenuity, and teamwork truly stood out. A big congratulations to everyone who participated.   • Sometimes, knowing what I can’t do is more powerful than knowing what I want to do. We often associate assertiveness with speaking up or asking for more. But at its core, assertiveness is also about *clarity*. Clarity about: * What I can realistically commit to * What aligns with my role and priorities * What I will not take on - without guilt or apology When people skip this clarity, goals become noisy. Everything feels urgent. Everything feels possible. And eventually—everything feels exhausting. Knowing what you can’t do isn't a limitation. Its direction. In the room, the biggest shifts happened when participants realised that:  Saying no can be respectful  Boundaries protect performance  Clear choices create better goals Assertiveness isn’t about being louder. It’s about being clear, grounded, and intentional. We were delighted to have Akanksha Narang, an experienced trainer and former HR professional, effortlessly lead the session, bringing it to life with real-world examples from the AdTech industry. #Assertiveness #SelfAwareness #ProfessionalGrowth #GoalClarity #BehavioralSkills #WorkplaceLearning

  • L&D sessions at GG! Many of us go to work with our own ways of expressing ourselves and interacting with others, having learned a certain way based on our own experiences in life. When we enter the workforce, we find that the same ways may not work here with everyone. We may sometimes be unsure how to navigate certain situations, whether it’s interacting with a client or working alongside a peer. It’s natural for the mind to wonder what should I do, what should I say, and how can I express myself better here? To help our team mates deal with such situations, we invited Ms. Caroline (trainer in frame) to lead an interactive workshop at our Bengaluru office. Through role plays and hands-on exercises, participants explored body language, effective peer and client interactions, giving and receiving feedback, saying no politely, and handling disagreements. Participants, initially unsure about their first training session, quickly opened up as the room came alive with energy and learning. Caroline brought wonderful energy to the session. Our teammates experienced firsthand that creativity thrives not in isolation, but in connection.

  • Our year-end team outing at Mango Mist was a refreshing break from the usual work routine! We started with Christopher, our team-building facilitator from Mango Mist, diving into “brainy games,” including a creative twist on Chinese whispers. The day continued with kayaking, delicious food, a dip in the pool, and bonding over badminton, foosball, and carrom. It was a great chance to get to know how folks are outside work, laugh together, and create some memorable moments.   • Creating safer, more respectful workplaces—together. 🤝    At GreedyGame, we recently conducted our Annual PoSH Training, reinforcing our commitment to building a workplace rooted in dignity, respect, and accountability. The session was thoughtfully led by our External PoSH Member, Ruchira Banerjee, who brought the law to life through real-world cases and practical examples, helping teams better understand how PoSH guidelines apply in everyday workplace scenarios. What made the session especially impactful was the interactive group activity, where teams collaborated to design posters around different themes and workplace behaviours, sparking meaningful conversations, reflection, and shared learning. These conversations matter. They help us create not just compliant workplaces, but truly inclusive and supportive environments where everyone feels safe and heard.
