Great Eastern Takaful was honoured to participate in the Community Service Programme & CEO@Faculty Mega Tour 2026 held at Kampung Pian, Kuala Krau, Pahang. Amid ongoing blood supply challenges in Brunei Darussalam, Great Eastern Life Brunei partnered with the Rotary Club of Belait to host the “Every Drop Counts” Blood Donation Drive at Hospital Suri Seri Begawan, Kuala Belait, with the support of the Blood Donation Unit. For the third consecutive year, we are proud to partner Daughters Of Tomorrow (DOT) to uplift women by building confidence and strengthening digital competencies. From March to May, Great Eastern’s Group IT colleagues dedicated over 200 evening volunteers hours to DOT’s Workplace Digital Literacy programme. Serving as trainers, facilitators, and even childminders, our volunteers brought patience, energy, and encouragement, creating a supportive and engaging learning environment where participants develop both essential digital skills and self-confidence. The participants were inspiring, demonstrating courage, determination, and a strong willingness to learn, while balancing many responsibilities in their daily lives.
