🎉 Today marks an exciting new chapter for Care Connectors! 🎉 We're introducing a refreshed brand, a new website and a new home here on LinkedIn to better reflect who we are and the future we're building to improve people's lives. At the heart of our evolution is a simple belief: Healthcare should be designed around people, not systems. That's why every day we partner with health plans and risk-bearing providers to help people get the care they deserve across Medicare Advantage, Managed Medicaid and ACA plans. Our experienced, licensed clinicians meet people where they are: in their living rooms, at their kitchen tables and in their local communities. They listen. They take their time. They connect the dots between members, their health plan, their providers and the care they need. That's not a transaction. It's a trusted relationship. And it's what Care Connectors has always been about. 👉 Take a look at our new website: https://lnkd.in/euX4RtRA. ❤️ If you believe healthcare should meet people where they are, follow us. We're excited to share more about our story, the people we serve and the clinicians who help them feel seen, heard and supported. #CareConnectors #HumanConnections #BuildingTrust #ClosingCareGaps #QualityImprovement #HealthcareEngagement #PreventiveCare

If you're curious about what goes into an award-winning marketing campaign, check out this piece from eHealthcare Strategy. Unlock's own Daniel Fell makes a point that's just as relevant for campaigns that never win an award: start with the business objective, then build a campaign that helps achieve it. https://hubs.li/Q04pc4t40

This is such an important topic and we are beyond proud to be helping to connect people with solid, evidence-based information.
This has been a long time in the making, and I’m so excited to finally share it… Unlock Health has launched a BRAND NEW HRA: The Menopause Continuum HRA! Menopause is not a single moment in time. It is a continuum that can span 10 to 30 years and impact nearly one-third of a woman’s life. Yet for far too many women, this stage is still filled with uncertainty: Are these symptoms normal? Who should I talk to? When should I seek care? What risks should I be thinking about next? Women are actively searching for answers around sleep disruption, brain fog, hot flashes, mood changes, weight fluctuations, fatigue, hormonal changes, and more. And the need is clear: hot flashes and night sweats occur in up to 80% of women and can last an average of 7 to 10 years. A Mayo Clinic study also found that more than 3 out of 4 surveyed midlife women experienced menopause symptoms, while more than 80% had not sought medical care for those symptoms. This HRA was built to help turn uncertainty into action. For women, it offers a clearer understanding of symptoms, potential risks, and appropriate care pathways. For health systems, it creates a scalable way to identify high-intent patients earlier, personalize outreach, improve care navigation, support timely intervention, and strengthen women’s health service-line growth. Menopause care is preventive care. It is whole-person care. And it is a major opportunity to meet women with the answers, support, and connected care experiences they are already looking for. A huge thank you to Jeni White and Tami Weigold for all of your hard work, insight, collaboration, and dedication in helping bring this HRA to life. This launch would not have been possible without you! Proud of this work and excited for what it means for women, health systems, and the future of proactive women’s health care. Watched my son's first soccer practice. Left with a better AI prompting strategy. 3-4 year-olds who've never touched a soccer ball with zero frame of reference for the sport. So instead of explaining rules, the coach referenced animals. Move your feet like a bird, protect the ball from a bear, stand like a flamingo, and of course no hands, you're not a monkey. The kids got it immediately. He didn't teach soccer. He built a mental model out of something they already knew, then let them apply it. That's exactly what good AI prompting does. Most people write prompts like instruction manuals; step 1, step 2, be professional, stay concise. The prompts that actually work give the AI a mental model; "Write this like you're a CFO explaining it to a skeptical board.", "Build this outline like you're a TED speaker", etc You're not writing instructions. You're giving context the AI can think from. The coach didn't say "apply lateral pressure through the outside of your foot." He said bird feet. One is technically correct. The other actually teaches.
