Develop your career to the top.

About us

Imagine walking into the sleek offices of Google, Meta, or Microsoft. That's where our story begins – as trusted advisors to these tech giants and ambitious unicorn startups alike. We've helped shape their product strategies and technical architectures, turning bold visions into market-leading solutions. Along this journey, we discovered something powerful: the day-to-day practices that drive success in top tech companies simply aren't taught in universities, and even most courses and certifications. They're learned in the trenches, through real-world challenges and victories. That's when we had our lightbulb moment: Why not bridge this knowledge gap? We distilled our years of experience and partnered with industry leaders to create something special - intensive programs for carefully selected senior tech professionals.  We maintain our standard of excellence by choosing participants with the right background that will allow us to mold them into the leaders they were meant to be. This selective approach has led to consistently outstanding outcomes, with our alumni driving strategic and technical innovation at leading tech companies worldwide. But here's what makes our story unique: our instructors are the leaders who architect success and drive innovation at global tech companies. They're the decision-makers who've aligned technical visions with business goals, scaled infrastructure to meet global demands, and built high-performing teams. They're the hiring managers and senior leaders who've built successful teams and solved complex challenges. Through them, you get unprecedented access to the same strategies and insights usually reserved for internal training at the world's leading tech organizations. We're writing a new chapter in tech education, bringing battle-tested knowledge and strategic thinking to professionals worldwide. No theoretical lectures or outdated case studies – only real, practical wisdom that transforms careers – and organizations.

"It seems being an architect is a lot about knowing how the numbers will play out." When my architecture student, Stewart Cambridge , said this during one of my recent lessons, it stood out as a profound realization. In the cloud era, functional execution is largely a solved problem; almost any architecture can be made to "work" on paper. But true seniority isn't about making a system possible - it is about understanding how it plays out across economic boundaries, operational realities, and scaling limits over a multi-year horizon. With generative AI rapidly lowering the barrier to entry for standard technical blueprints and boilerplate code, functional design alone is no longer a differentiator. To remain "AI-safe," aspiring architects must deliver the precise value machine intelligence lacks: systemic foresight. This means looking at a blueprint and predicting exactly how data gravity will impact latency, how microservices boundaries will dictate team cognitive load, and how cloud expenditures will compound under a 10x spike in traffic. You must transition from a designer of technical components to a forecaster of business outcomes. For those aspiring to step into architecture roles, this is your path to becoming indispensable. Move beyond functional implementation and master the strategic numbers that define long-term viability. When you can accurately connect technical topology to enterprise value, you stop being a resource and become a strategic asset. How are you shifting your focus from functional system design to long-term systemic forecasting? Let's discuss in the comments. #SoftwareArchitecture #EngineeringLeadership #CloudStrategy #TechLeadership #SystemDesign DevOps Experts

  • Yesterday, another Software Architecture course came to a close, led by Avraham Poupko, Senior Software Architect at Imperva. Before anything else, we want to say thank you to him, and congratulations to every single person who graduated! 🎓 Avraham said something in the final session that stuck with us. He talked about how much he enjoyed teaching a room that ranged from developers just getting into their senior engineering roles to architects with 20 and 30 years behind them, and how that mixture made the course more enriching for everyone, himself included. He expressed how strong the participation was and how real the questions were throughout. That’s the kind of energy you get when the person leading the room makes people feel comfortable enough to ask, curious enough to dig deeper, and engaged enough to keep showing up week after week. The students felt it too. Andrew Smitherim: "Your knowledge, and the way you condensed all of it and shared it with us, was amazing. I would not have found the time to learn any of this on my own." Sai Prathipati: "Everything was collated and put into one place. Normally I would have had to go through multiple sources to build this kind of knowledge." Michele Sartini: "I learned so much from your real experience. The way you presented everything was excellent." Adriano de Gironimo: "I have to thank you. I love the way you explain things, and I know I will be going deeper into a lot of what we covered." To Avraham: thank you for another excellent course. 💪 To our graduating architects: you showed up, asked the hard questions, and finished what you started, in an intensive, fast-paced training program. We’re just as excited as Avraham to hear about the amazing things you’ll do next 💫

This past Wednesday, another group of experienced engineers completed our Software Architecture course at Global Dev Experts, this time led by Masha Igra. 🎓 Masha is Senior Principal Architect at ZoomInfo, a company generating over $1.2 billion in annual revenue. Before that, Software Architect at KLA, a semiconductor giant valued at over $9 billion, and Orbotech, acquired for $3.4 billion. She has spent her career designing large-scale, AI-driven architectures in production, and mentoring dozens of engineers and architects through the most complex technical challenges imaginable. For 15 weeks, this group had that experience in the room with them every single week. André Cavalheiro: "The biggest insight for me was talking with a real architect and hearing about the common problems and the daily reality of the role. That experience was invaluable." Snehal Sharma, named honor student of this cohort: "It is really challenging to cover so many aspects of software architecture end to end, and Masha did exactly that, going through everything from every perspective, and being patient enough to answer every single question." 🏆 Anahit Pahlevanyan: "I walked away from this course with so much knowledge that I know I will be revisiting the material for months. I am excited to see where this journey takes me." This is what it looks like when someone who has operated at that level decides to pass it on. A new generation of architects, shaped by real experience, real systems, and real decisions made at serious scale. 💡 Congratulations to everyone who completed this course! What Masha built over a career, this group now carries forward

  • Look at this Zoom room for a second. Every person on the screen has spent years building real software, shipping real products, solving real problems under real pressure. Nobody in that room is new to this industry. Nobody needed convincing that they were ready for the next step of their career. And out of all the software developers who applied to be in our Software Architecture course, this is the group that made it in. Leading them for the next 15 weeks is Lee Blum, who has spent over a decade in software architecture, and currently leads architecture at Cognyte, a global cybersecurity company whose systems help governments and agencies track down real threats to national security. Systems that are not allowed to fail. That is the standard Lee has operated at for two decades, and for the next 15 weeks, that is the standard Lee will hold this group up to. 🎓 These experienced professionals sat down for their first session of the course together last week. Fifteen weeks from now, they will look back at this photo and barely recognize where they started. 💪

I’m pleased to share that I have completed the Software Architecture Training Program by Global Dev Experts. Over the course of 15 weeks, the program provided valuable insights into software architecture, system design, scalability, maintainability, and architectural decision-making. As a DevOps and cloud engineer, I found this especially valuable, as strong architectural foundations play a critical role in building reliable, scalable, and maintainable systems. Thank you to Global Dev Experts and Arnon Goldstein for the valuable learning experience. #SoftwareArchitecture #SystemDesign #DevOps #CloudEngineering #SiteReliabilityEngineering #SolutionArchitecture
