  • On Sunday in London, two men ran a marathon in under two hours. Both wore the same shoe, released two days before the race. That shoe gives elite runners a 4% edge. For average runners, it's closer to 1-2%. The gap is the whole story, and it's the same one playing out in AI right now. Three lessons from Sawe and Kejelcha's sub-2 marathons: - Tools matter, but they multiply what you already have - Build the engine before you upgrade the stack - Pick the right race before you start running it If you're a founder trying to figure out whether to keep pushing, pivot, or quit, the honest answer rarely starts with the work. It starts with the race. Full post: https://lnkd.in/djvMRw-S

  • I work with companies trying to figure out AI. Big ones, small ones, somewhere in between. And after spending time inside these organisations, seeing how they operate and where they get stuck, I can tell you that most of them are doing it wrong. Not because they don’t want to use AI. They do. But because they think buying subscriptions is the same thing as transformation. It’s not. Not even close. https://lnkd.in/dz4YA5sk

  • A designer asked me recently what the best AI tool and workflow is. My answer was honest. It changes all the time. There is no stable answer. What worked great three months ago might already be outdated. The tool I recommend today might not be the one I recommend next month. And that’s exactly why the best way to learn AI is to just start doing things with it. The pace is insane. To really understand how fast things are moving, look at what has been released in just the last six months: https://lnkd.in/eD86YDtc

  • It's never been easier or faster to build things. That makes the risk of building "the wrong things" less relevant. You can just start building something, test against real users or customers and then iterate quickly based on feedback. It's kind of a dream scenario for innovative designers and builders. Dare to try new things and explore. Setup your innovation loop and get started. Let me know if you need some help in exploring.

Design Talk: Beyond Vibe Coding Yesterday we hosted our seventh Design Talk at our studio in Gamla Stan, and what a great night it was. Figge Suter and Oskar Glauser took the stage to dig into what happens when you move past the hype and start integrating AI into real design and development workflows. Not just prompting and hoping — but building with intent as a team, combining design thinking with hands-on AI tooling. We walked through our presentation, demoed live, and had some great discussions. The energy and questions from everyone who showed up made it a really rewarding evening. A big thank you to everyone who joined. These talks keep getting better because of all of you. Interested in bringing this to your team? We offer this as an on-site session where we tailor the content to your context. Reach out and we'll set something up. • I built something I've been wanting for years. Customer interviews give the best insights. But they take time. Surveys are fast but shallow. Mira sits in between. AI-powered interviews that go deeper than forms, without the scheduling hassle. Looking for beta testers. Read more below.

Vill du förstå dina kunder bättre men har inte tid för intervjuer? Jag har jobbat med produktdesign och kommunikation i många år. En sak jag lärt mig är att kundinsikter gör produkter och kommunikation bättre. Men riktiga samtal tar tid.

  • Something changed for me last year. For most of my career I have been a designer. I create brands, products and strategies for companies. But I always relied on developers to build the actual thing. That changed in 2025. With the help of AI I became a developer. Not a traditional one who spent years learning to code, but someone who can now actually build real products. Working apps. Functional software. Things that work and that people can use. To me this is honestly mind blowing. It opens up so many possibilities that just were not there before. And I am far from alone in this. AI is enabling people everywhere to do things they could never do before. https://lnkd.in/d_ccZNCb
