A Letter of Gratitude from GJCF: For nearly two decades, the Guthy-Jackson Charitable Foundation (“GJCF”) has led the mission to cure NMO. Breakthroughs in understanding and treating NMO made so far are already saving and improving countless lives. These advances enable us to take the next great leap on our mission to cures. We are deeply grateful for all of you—and your incredible outpouring of love and support on this journey together. We now proceed to the last mile of our mission: working to cure NMO and autoimmune diseases once and for all. This bold next step will require all of our energy and focus. In this spirit, GJCF is proud to advance our Project Cureageous. Please expect more news to come soon regarding this exciting next chapter of the GJCF journey. A new advocacy foundation—the Patient Health Alliance (PHA)—will launch in 2026 as an advocate for all those affected by NMOSD and related illnesses. Although PHA will be independent of GJCF, it will be led by the familiar faces of Dan Behne and Jacinta Behne. https://lnkd.in/eCqDX5rw We appreciate all of the advocacy organizations that will continue to help patients, families & caregivers benefit from the breakthroughs made for those facing NMOSD and MOGAD. We wish them all success in carrying the bright advocacy torch forward into the future. Patient Health Alliance, SRNA | connect. care. cure. ™, The Mog Project, The Sumaira Foundation, National MS Society. Please note: the GJCF adheres to information privacy policies and does not share personal information. As a result, to join these advocacy communities it may be necessary for you to opt-in to their respective memberships. Once again, our heartfelt thanks and very best wishes to you & your families this holiday season and the promising new year to come. With love & gratitude — Victoria Jackson & Bill Guthy
