The bottleneck in healthcare AI is access to the software. EHRs, payer portals, prior auth queues — the desktop software running daily operations was never designed for automation. Traditional integrations take months of IT approvals and vendor negotiations, if they ship at all. Computer use agents sidestep that entirely. The desktop UI users already clicks through every day becomes the API. No HL7 mapping. No vendor negotiation. No waiting.
