  • 𝐆𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞𝐬 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐬 𝐎𝐰𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐍𝐞𝐰 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 Genesis Structures is excited to announce the successful completion of a planned ownership transition upon the retirement of founding owners, Dave Rogowski and Dave Byers, to a team of long-standing senior leaders within the firm. The new leadership team includes Joe Knapp and John Boschert who will continue as Principals. Joining them in the leadership team are Lisa Briggs, Josh Crain, Ben Pendergrass, and Steve Percassi. Together, the new leadership team brings more than 80 years of combined experience with the company, each having played a critical role in strengthening Genesis Structures’ engineering expertise, client partnerships, and operational stability. “Seeing this team step into ownership is incredibly rewarding. Dave and I are excited for this transition and know Genesis Structures is in trusted hands,” said Byers. With this transition, “Dave and Dave” officially enter retirement, but will remain engaged with the company in an advisory capacity, providing consultation and support for company leadership and clients on an as-needed basis. Genesis Structures enters this next chapter with momentum and continuity with a solid foundation built over the past two decades. Operations will continue seamlessly as the new leadership team builds on trusted client relationships, empowered project teams, and a clear strategic vision—while embracing new opportunities for growth and innovation. Please join us in congratulating the new leadership team on their expanded roles, and in celebrating the remarkable careers and well-earned retirement of Dave Rogowski and Dave Byers!
