For many years, feline osteoarthritis (OA) was commonly associated with age-related joint changes and described as a "wear-and-tear" condition.  Today, a growing body of research suggests feline osteoarthritis may involve a broader range of biological processes, including mechanical, immune and metabolic factors. Building a new category in veterinary medicine takes more than science. It takes people who know how to bring it to the clinics, teams and pet parents who will use it. Today we’re proud to welcome Jennifer Klein, MBA, LVT, CCXP as our Senior Vice President of Commercial Operations & Customer Experience. Jen isn’t a new face here. She’s spent the past several months partnering with Gallant as a fractional expert, building the commercial and customer experience foundation that will support the launch and growth of our regenerative medicine platform. During that time, she has played a key role in strengthening commercial readiness, customer experience strategy, operational planning, Voice of Customer initiatives, and cross-functional alignment across the organization. Making it official was an easy decision. With more than 25 years of leadership experience across animal health, customer experience, marketing, and commercialization, Jen brings a unique combination of strategic vision and operational expertise. Throughout her career, she has held leadership positions at IDEXX, Antech, and Zoetis, where she built high-performing teams and developed customer-centered strategies that improved business performance and customer outcomes. A licensed veterinary technician by training, Jen understands the realities of the exam room and the people in it. That perspective matters as we work to move regenerative medicine from the margins into everyday practice, and to ensure the experience around our therapies is as thoughtful as the science behind it. In her role, Jen will lead our commercial operations, customer experience, customer support, commercial systems and marketing, along with the teams making sure veterinarians and pet parents have a seamless experience as we prepare to bring innovative regenerative medicine therapies to market.
