  • We've always had a vision of decentralizing the community and tokenizing our venture studio is the first step in that direction. We recently launched a gated part of the community to separate the serious players with the casual members. We never wanted to monetize the community but one of the perks of owning our studio token is access to the gated parts of Furlough. Beyond that we'll be initiating buy backs with our SaaS revenue to ensure price appreciation and volume on our token. We're putting our money where our mouths are and giving the community a chance to be a part of the success. Stay tuned.

  • Here's an uncomfortable truth about most membership communities: They extract value from members. They rarely share it back. You pay for access. You generate engagement. The platform captures the equity. We're building a different model. Furlough is launching a token — not as a speculative asset, but as an ownership layer. If you've been in this community you helped build what it is. The Venture Studio creates companies using this community's infrastructure. The token is how early members have equity exposure to what gets built. Community → Studio → Token → Shared upside. More details coming.

  • Most startups spend 80% of their runway on customer acquisition. We already have 55,000 of them. This is the structural advantage that traditional venture capital can't replicate — and why community-owned Venture Studios are going to produce some of the most defensible companies of the next decade. When you build inside a community: your first users are already there, feedback loops are instant, distribution is baked in from day one, and product-market fit happens in public not in theory. We've already proved this model three times inside Furlough. Now we're formalizing it. The Furlough Venture Studio is live. If you're an operator, founder, or builder who wants to be close to this — the community is the access point.

  • The problem with the AI stack in 2026: Everyone has 10 tools. Nobody has one place where they connect. I've watched operators run their entire business across ChatGPT, Clay, Notion AI, their CRM, and three other tools — switching tabs constantly, losing context at every handoff. The tools are getting smarter. The workflows aren't. So we're building the interface that sits on top of all of it. We're calling it Jeeves. One interface. Every tool in the Furlough ecosystem. You ask a question, it routes to the right product, pulls the right data, and takes the right action. Not another AI tool — the layer that connects your existing AI tools. Early access goes to Furlough community members first. Is this something you want? Let us know!

Same thing I keep seeing repeat across different brands. A small ROAS dip. Nothing dramatic. Just enough to trigger a discussion. The question is always the same: “Why did ROAS drop?” And almost immediately, the answers start coming: “Creative fatigue” 🫠, “Budget shifts” 🤨 , “Traffic quality” 🙄 , “Reporting lag” 🥴 Their all reasonable. All possible. Right? But here’s the part that matters: Very few teams can prove any of them quickly. So what usually happens next is predictable: a theory → an optimization → more noise → another theory.... (a lot of money waste) At some point, a pattern became impossible to ignore: If you can’t validate a hypothesis quickly, you don’t have an optimization problem. You have a visibility problem. I'll say this again - You have a visibility problem.
