Congratulations to our Chair, Zoltán Pethõ, on adding a significant new board role alongside his continued leadership of Friisberg & Partners International.   From 1 June, Zoltán Pethõ joined the Board of Directors of Újház, Hungary's leading building materials group. His responsibilities include working closely with the company's owners and supporting organisational development, areas in which he has built an exceptional reputation throughout his career.   For those of us across Friisberg, the appointment comes as no surprise. Zoltán combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of leadership, governance and organisational effectiveness. Fifty applications were submitted for the WILL Program Scholarship, and we want to sincerely thank every applicant for the time and energy they invested. We sought professional support to assess the applications and asked Friisberg & Partners International to take on this role. They developed a dedicated evaluation framework for this process and are taking the review of the candidates just as seriously as we are. Following the evaluation, the top fifteen applicants will be invited for a one-hour personal conversation, so that we can bring a thoroughly prepared recommendation to the Decision Committee.
