This weekend, our team had the opportunity to volunteer with the Ronald McDonald House Meal Makers Program, preparing a pasta bar complete with garlic bread, salad, and cookies for families staying close to their children receiving care at Oishei Children’s Hospital. It was an honor to spend the day giving back alongside such an incredible organization and helping provide a warm meal during difficult times for local families. While stopping by @sweetbeginningsbakery to order some baked goods to surprise a few lucky customers with, we got stopped by the manager with a familiar story… Turns out, Frank’s Mr. Plumber had just been at her home the day before working on the plumbing in her basement! Of course, we had to ask for a quick video review while we were there! Also… we’d like to formally apologize for Frank telling everyone to buy the “turnips.” Unfortunately, Sweet Beginnings does not sell turnips… but they DO have turnovers.
