The Government has now launched the public side of the Gender Pay Gap Portal. This allows users to view, compare and analyse employers’ data on gender pay gaps and filter by year, sector and company size. The Minister has signed the Employment (Contractual Retirement Ages) Act 2025 (Commencement) Order, meaning that the Act will now take effect on 29 June 2026. The Code of Practice on Longer Working has also been updated to assist employers in managing requests from employees to work longer.
