Salesforce implementation, AI and integrations — for businesses serious about growth.

About us

Your CRM should make your business faster. Not heavier. Fluent Group is an Australian Salesforce implementation and integration partner. We work with growth-stage businesses to design, build and connect the systems that run their operations, so data flows, processes run automatically, and your team can focus on what actually matters. We specialise in three things: 🔹 Salesforce implementation: end-to-end, configured properly and built around how your business actually works. Not a generic setup. Not a rushed go-live. A system your team will use. 🔹 AI and automation: from intelligent workflows to Agentforce, we help businesses embed AI where it creates real value. Less manual work. Better information. Faster decisions. 🔹 System integrations: Salesforce doesn't exist in isolation. We connect it to your finance, marketing and operations tools so your data stays clean and your team stops re-entering it. We work with clients across financial services, professional services, SaaS and education, particularly where compliance, reporting and commercial performance need to coexist. Our approach is collaborative, outcome-focused and grounded in what actually works. We don't overcomplicate. We don't overpromise. And we don't disappear when you go live. If your systems are slowing you down, let's fix that. 👉 https://www.fluentgroup.com.au/ 👉 AppExchange: https://fgrp.com.au/appexchange

  • If you're in financial services and not using Financial Services Cloud, we have a question for you. Why not? FSC lets you model every weird, wacky and wonderful form of financial relationship between the clients, contacts and accounts you manage. Which means you can finally download that intricate mental map of connections from Senior Adviser Steve's head and represent it in your CRM, for everyone's benefit. Whether that's: A complex family with multiple trusts in each generation and multiple generations of beneficiaries, or… Spouses who own five entities together and three separately, under two holding companies with different structures and a wide mix of parties involved, some of whom are also your clients… Anything and everything can be represented in FSC using the Relationship Groups feature. The benefits? With relationships represented accurately, you can: 🔹 Roll up assets accurately in one click 🔹Target clients who already trust you with expanded services 🔹Never bother Senior Adviser Steve to ask who owns what, or which accountant to call, ever again The beauty of Relationship Groups is that they don't make complexity go away. They make it visible and manageable. Here at Fluent Group, we're official Relationship Group groupies. But before you flip the 'on' switch, there are a few things you need to know first. We've put them down in our latest blog, linked below. Here's the cheeky TL;DR: Getting Relationship Groups working takes time and effort. But stay the course, and you'll get more efficiency, more growth, and more chances for Senior Adviser Steve to kick back and enjoy some annual leave. Oh, and a great implementation partner will help you get started. https://lnkd.in/gcXYyXMs #DigitallyFluent #Salesforce #FinancialServicesCloud #WealthManagement #FluentGroup

  • Dear Tempted in Sydney, Apex code is the espresso shot of Salesforce: powerful, fast, and easy to overdo. While custom code is sometimes the right call, in our experience, most organisations turn to Apex code to fix a specific problem at a specific moment. And fast! It's moments like these we'll ask you to breathe into a paper bag, then serve you a stiff drink and some hard philosophy: permanence is an illusion. While your hard-coded solution won't change, everything else about your #CRM will. Your business will. Salesforce will. You will too (hopefully with a nice promotion). But once custom code is under the hood, changing one element in your CRM can turn that 'quick fix' into a big problem, as it: 🔹 blocks new Salesforce functions, leaving you behind 🔹generates random errors in new processes 🔹causes conflicts with standard automations 🔹breaks Salesforce processes with every new release And those are just the frustrations you can see. Behind the scenes, custom code can silently make irreparable changes to your data: 🔹overriding in-built validation checks 🔹overwriting fields 🔹creating duplicate records 🔹allowing inconsistent data states Apex code needs careful handling. Even basic changes to your workflows become dev-only, forever. So before you go ahead with Apex code, imagine a future with more scoping, more testing, more expense, and even more custom code. Then ask: Is this quick fix worth it? Most of the time, your problem can be solved with better design, a better data structure, and clever use of in-platform tools. And when you work with a partner who understands them (like us), you can build almost any functionality while working within "the Salesforce Way". Our final advice: if it can be done by the book, do it by the book. You'll get an outcome that's flexible, visible and won't be haunted by Apex code gremlins every time things change. All my love, Agony Ant #FluentGroup #Salesforce #ApexCode #ClicksNotCode #AgonyAnt

  • Salesforce wasn't built for this. Not out of the box, at least. When Capability Support Services came to us, they needed a CRM to run therapists, participants, NDIS funding rules, reporting and compliance. Not leads and opportunities. So we rebuilt it around them. Post-appointment invoicing now takes 45 seconds, down from 6 minutes. Here's the thing about Salesforce. Out of the box, it looks like a simple left-to-right sales pipeline. Underneath, it's far more flexible: a system you can reshape to fit how a team actually works. For CSS, that meant one place for everything. Referrals, bookings, documents, and billing against complex NDIS funding rules. Their therapists now manage every aspect of their relationship with participants within a single system, rather than stitching it together by hand. The result is ‘a system people get excited about’, according to CSS founder Shokria Siddiqui. Want to see how we built it? The full Capability Support Services case study breaks it down. 👉 https://lnkd.in/gjW8uZUk #FluentGroup #DigitallyFluent #FriendsOfFluent #Salesforce #NDIS #AlliedHealth #SalesCloud

We're excited to be kicking things off with Verse Wealth, and this one's a re-platform with a clock on it: replacing their legacy WealthConnect environment with a cleaner Financial Services Cloud operating model ahead of WealthConnect's July 2026 retirement window. Financial Services Cloud takes on two jobs in one. It becomes the relationship and client modelling layer (households, relationships, key client attributes), and the workflow engine for new client onboarding and the advice pipeline. The SOA and ROA stages map in as first-class lifecycle steps rather than a generic "notes" workflow, so reporting and operational handoffs are driven by where a client actually sits in the advice process, not by who remembered to tag a task. Day one, the integration story is about removing friction from the advice team's busywork. Calendly, Zoom, and Microsoft Outlook are wired in, so bookings, calls, and correspondence land against the right clients automatically, with document generation running directly from Salesforce with live, up-to-date data. Looking ahead, FSC objects, IDs, and lifecycle event points have been designed up front so Voyant, ProductRex, and Worksorted can plug in cleanly down the track, without the brittle field-mirroring the legacy platform relied on. Verse Wealth is in the business of giving advice to develop wealth that compounds, so it makes sense they partnered with Fluent Group to make sure the Salesforce platform behind it does too. Thanks to Simon Betchley at Finura for the introduction and for knowing what Verse Wealth needed. A massive thank you to our amazing community 💙❤️. Anthony and the Fluent Group team feel lucky to have had so many of you out supporting Youngcare yesterday. What a perfect way to spend a Sunday morning. A special mention to our incredibly generous clients, Remote Global and Traverse Accountants, who each donated $1K, and to Declan at Greenhaus for keeping the team caffeinated and the kids' bellies full of croissants. Our team doubled from 30 to 60 this year, and together we raised a huge $17K, $6K up on last year. We're so grateful for every one of you. Bring on next year! 💪

  • We're heading into UAT with PropertyMe, and this build is shaped by a question every multi-product software company eventually runs into: how do you standardise customer onboarding across different products and different teams? The core of the work has been delivered in Service Cloud. Replacing a patchwork of Zendesk, ClickUp and #spreadsheets (depending on which team you ask), every onboarding path now runs as a case with standard stages and a structured set of landmarks, jobs, and checklist items. Different teams, same architecture, the lot reportable in one place. Because the build sits inside PropertyMe's existing Salesforce org, we’re modernising the parts of the platform our solution touches, while the rest keeps running. PropertyMe wanted it live before the end of the financial year to absorb a wave of incoming onboarding cases, which gave us about 6 weeks from sign-off to go-live. ⚡️ Sales Cloud opportunity data now flows into the onboarding case at handover, so the onboarding team starts with product, tier, and quantity already in hand. Stripe stays as the source of truth for when onboarding starts and integration triggers have been reworked to fit the new model. PropertyMe knows the value of a well-managed property, so partnering with Fluent Group to keep their multi-product onboarding running just as smoothly was a sound investment. #DigitallyFluent #Salesforce #SalesCloud #ServiceCloud #PropTech #PropertyManagement #FluentGroup

  • Would you hit pause on growth to get your #CRM right? That's what Capability Support Services founder (and star Fluent Group client) Shokria Siddiqui did when her initial CRM project didn't deliver an outcome that matched her startup's processes or ambitious growth plans. "As a therapist myself, I know how important user-side experience is. It was a hard decision to hit pause. But it was the right one." And it's a decision that's paid off. She partnered with Fluent Group to start fresh with a highly customised Salesforce org that has empowered the start-up to deliver over 2,800 services to participants in under two years. With a team now at 35+ therapists and growing, it's meteoric success, and it's come from her understanding of people, systems, collaboration and what really makes a CRM project work. We've pulled together her most practical tips below 👇 Or check out the full Capability Support Services case study here https://lnkd.in/gjW8uZUk #FluentGroup #DigitallyFluent #FriendsOfFluent #Salesforce #NDIS #AlliedHealth #SalesCloud

  • The budgie bolt is back. 🦜 ⚡️ Team Fluent will be lacing up on Sunday, 17 May for the Youngcare Budgie Bolt — a 5km run, walk or wheel along the Brisbane River at New Farm Park, raising funds for young Australians with high physical support needs. Last year, we showed up 30 strong and raised $11,100 as a team (part of an incredible $41,000+ raised on the day). This year, we're aiming to go BIGGER. It's one of those events that reminds you why community matters, and why turning up in a bright red shirt with your colleagues is genuinely one of the better ways to spend a Sunday morning. If you're in Brisbane and want to join the Fluent Group team, drop us a message and we'll sort your spot. 👇 📅 Sunday 17 May 2026 📍 New Farm Park, Brisbane 🏃 5km — run, walk, or wheel #BudgieBolt #Youngcare #FluentGroup #CommunityFirst
