Mexico’s trucking landscape — by the numbers Mexico has many carriers. A large portion are formally registered… many are not. Even registered carriers often avoid onboarding with their legal entity for tax or other non-compliant reasons. Finding the right capacity is a challenge: there are only ~20 carriers nationwide with fleets over 1,000 power units. The “long tail” is very long, making navigation dependent on strong vetting and relationships. Here’s the top 10 states by registered carriers and share of national GDP: (see chart) State Registered Carriers State GDP Share (%) 1. Mexico City 59,707 14.6 2. Mexico State 19,329 9.0 3. Nuevo León 15,767 8.0 4. Jalisco 17,595 7.5 5. Guanajuato 3,269 4.7 6. Veracruz 8,615 4.2 7. Baja California 6,170 3.9 8. Coahuila 4,690 3.9 9. Chihuahua 6,158 3.8 10. Puebla 9,148 3.4 Flash connects U.S. based 3PLs directly with vetted, top-tier Mexican carriers — and powers the workflows to make it seamless. We help bypass years of market barriers instantly.

Excited to have our CEO visiting some of our customers and carrier partners in the most important land port in the USA. Lets keep freight moving and the network growing! ⚡⚡
Had the privilege of visiting some 3PL customers and partner carriers in Laredo and Nuevo Laredo this week. The region is incredible. You see the scale as soon as you fly in—an ocean of industrial parks and trucks. Roughly 45% of all U.S.–Mexico trade passes through Laredo, making it the #1 inland port in the U.S. The infrastructure is top tier. But what stood out most is the community—generations of logistics expertise, competing and collaborating to keep cross-border freight moving. 📈📈
