Each member of Fearless Foundry is an independent contractor, bringing their own specialism to the collective as part of a hive mind of senior-level expertise. They each have what we call their 'Zone of Genius' — a concept from Gay Hendricks' The Big Leap. It's the thing they're uniquely built to do, the work that's both their greatest skill and their greatest passion, where they operate at their absolute best.
