This week, we announced that Tally Health® has been acquired by Infinite Epigenetics™, the parent company of TruDiagnostic™ and a global leader in epigenetic science, biological age testing, and next-generation diagnostics. This acquisition marks the largest transaction for a female-run longevity company and the largest in epigenetic age testing. It brings together two category leaders to create a vertically integrated platform, creating the world’s largest epigenetic data platform. We worked with all parties to make a swift announcement, which was covered by Athletech, Axios, Glossy, WWD, BeautyMatter, FemTech Insider, NutraIngredients, and Longevity Technology.
