Our Product Management and Product Marketing teams spent the last week at our R&D center in Hyderabad, and it was one of those workshops that left everyone energized and aligned. Aruna Nadesan, Chief Product Officer at Rialtic, shared the vision for the company and the roadmap following the merger of Exponential AI with Rialtic. The direction is clear: build governance-native agentic solutions that improve healthcare payment accuracy. By combining Rialtic’s deep expertise in payment accuracy with Exponential AI’s agentic technology, we are creating one of the industry’s most comprehensive claim lifecycle platforms. The week was filled with healthy debates on product roadmaps, thoughtful challenges to assumptions, and alignment on priorities. And once the strategy sessions ended, the fun began—games, team bonding, and a few hidden talents that nobody knew existed. Last week, our leadership team came together with our board for the first time as a combined company. A new chapter begins ✨ Last week, we welcomed our new CEO, Paul Roma, to the office for his first visit to the team following the merger of Exponential AI and Rialtic. We started off with a traditional lighting of the lamp to mark the transition into our new identity. At the town hall that followed, Paul walked us through what the merger really means: the vision for the combined company, where we're headed, the goals we're aligning behind, and the ambition driving all of it. The message was simple but powerful — we are not just bigger, we are better positioned to lead. What stood out most, though, was the sentiment in the room. Real pride in everything we've built as a family up to this point, and a clear sense that something bigger is now taking shape — with every one of us having a part to play in it. And this is just the start. We're looking forward to having more of the Rialtic leadership team out to visit in the coming months as we keep building this next chapter together.
