About us

Eva Medtec is pioneering the future of pain relief and recovery through Neural-Fascia-Lymphatic Activation™. Our flagship product, the Neuroglide® Pain Relief & Recovery System, is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive medical device that automates the benefits of manual therapy by rhythmically stimulating the back and neck with patented air-bladder technology. Clinically validated using Near-Infrared Fluorescence Lymphatic Imaging (NIRFLI), Neuroglide has been shown to accelerate lymphatic flow up to 3x baseline and support relief from pain, post-op Eva Medtec’s innovation is a new patented, FDA-cleared, over the counter (OTC) medical device that simulates and automates Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapy and Myofascial Manipulation (MM) to bring about pain relief and reduce inflammation. The basic principle is that the Neuroglide enables your body to naturally heal itself. The device consists of 16 inflation chambers incorporated into a back pad that sequentially inflate against the body’s soft tissues to bring about pain relief. This action, when combined, increases lymphatic circulation, removes toxins, calms the nervous system, and quiets the nerve receptors. Additionally, it is portable and can be used in clinics, hospitals or at home. Eva Medtec’s mission is to pioneer advanced medical devices that relieve pain, without the use of opioids, utilizing lymphatic circulation and nervous system manipulation to address a $38 Billion dollar market. Eva Medtec is led by serial entrepreneur and inventor, Irene Waldridge, who has now set her sights on the pain management market using natural pain. Prior to Eva Medtec, she founded Tactile Medical, where she pioneered a new care market for Lymphedema with her Flexitouch device, which is still the gold standard in care. Eva Medtec devices are made in the USA, in a FDA-registered facility located in Shakopee, MN, where devices are assembled and tested in-house. See www.neuroglide.com website for more information.

  • We are proud to support the Veterans Health Administration’s Pain Management Opioid Safety (PMOP) initiative by sharing education on the Neuroglide® system with VA healthcare teams. It was an honor to meet with the dedicated clinicians who care for our nation’s veterans and discuss innovative, non-drug approaches that may complement comprehensive pain management programs. We are grateful for the opportunity to learn from their expertise, answer questions, and explore ways to help improve the lives of those who have served our country. Thank you to the entire VA team for your commitment to providing compassionate, evidence-informed care to America’s veterans. We look forward to continuing these important conversations. 🇺🇸 It is a privilege to support those who have served. #Veterans #VA #PMOP #PainManagement #OpioidSafety #NonDrugTherapy #MedicalInnovation #HealthcareInnovation #VeteranCare #Neuroglide.

  • As a certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) therapist, I was recently surprised—during a visit to the VA in Fayetteville, Arkansas for an in-service—to learn that MLD therapy is being used for veterans who have been exposed to environmental and chemical hazards during service. These exposures can include: • Burn pit emissions • Agent Orange • Industrial solvents (such as benzene and trichloroethylene) • Jet fuel (JP-8) • Pesticides and herbicides In my clinical experience, supporting lymphatic circulation can play an important role in patient comfort, especially in individuals with complex exposure histories. It’s encouraging to see MLD being explored as a supportive therapy in this population—helping promote lymphatic circulation and supporting the body’s natural fluid movement. Veterans deserve access to safe, evidence-informed approaches that support comfort and recovery. #VeteransHealth #LymphaticHealth #MLD #VAHealthcare #ToxicExposure #Rehabilitation

  • Three pathways. One integrated response. Neuroglide is designed to gently stimulate the neural, fascial, and lymphatic systems—right where they converge along the spine. • Neural: Supports relaxation and autonomic balance • Fascia: Encourages soft tissue mobility and release • Lymphatic: Promotes healthy circulation in the treated area When these systems work together, patients often experience improved comfort, movement, and recovery. This is the foundation of what we call neural-lymphatic activation—a new way to think about pain relief and circulation. #Neuroglide #LymphaticHealth #PainRelief #MedicalInnovation #VAHealthcare #Rehabilitation

  • We’re learning something important about the world we live in—and how the body responds to it. Microplastics are now being detected in water, food, and even human tissue. The question I keep coming back to is not just where they are—but: 👉 What does the body do with them? From a physiological standpoint, the lymphatic system plays a central role in managing what doesn’t belong in our tissues. • It collects interstitial fluid and cellular waste• It transports foreign particles through lymphatic vessels• It filters them through lymph nodes where immune cells respond But here’s the reality: The lymphatic system was designed to clear biological waste—not synthetic materials like plastic. That means: Some particles may be transported Some may be retained Some may trigger ongoing immune activity We’re still early in understanding the long-term implications. But one thing is clear: Supporting the body’s natural systems—especially lymphatic circulation—will become increasingly important as environmental exposures evolve. Not as a cure. Not as a claim. But as part of a broader, smarter approach to health and recovery. Curious how others in research, clinical care, and environmental health are thinking about this. #HealthcareInnovation #LymphaticHealth #Microplastics #MedicalDevices #FutureOfMedicine #PreventativeHealth #Recovery

  • Sometimes the most important systems in the body are the ones we don’t see. The lymphatic system plays a key role in fluid balance, waste removal, and overall recovery—yet it’s often overlooked in traditional care. At Eva Medtec, we’re focused on technologies that support lymphatic circulation in both clinical settings and at-home care, helping to complement therapy and improve patient comfort. We’re also exploring how these pathways may connect with the body’s glymphatic system and overall recovery processes. More to come as research continues. #LymphaticHealth #MedicalInnovation #Recovery #Healthcare #Glymphatic

  • We’re excited to share that a study involving Neuroglide is now listed on ClinicalTrials.gov. This research is exploring how Neuroglide may influence sleep architecture, autonomic function, and physiological processes related to recovery and brain health in high-risk populations. Neuroglide is FDA-cleared for pain relief and increased circulation. Grateful to collaborate with leading researchers advancing understanding in this important area. https://lnkd.in/g7BiY5Fk

  • Neuroglide Milestone Moment: 4th Patent Issued I’m proud to share that my fourth U.S. patent has officially been issued. This patent represents another step forward in advancing medical device innovation focused on pain relief, recovery, and improved circulation, building on years of clinical insight, engineering rigor, and real-world patient outcomes. Innovation doesn’t happen overnight—it’s the result of persistence, collaboration, and a deep belief that we can do better for patients, clinicians, and caregivers. I’m grateful to the researchers, clinicians, partners, and team members who continue to challenge assumptions and help turn ideas into protected, scalable solutions. Onward—more work to do, and more impact ahead. — Irene Waldridge, CMT/CLT Founder & CEO of Eva Medtec #MedicalDeviceInnovation #Patents #WomenInMedTech #HealthTech #Innovation #FDAcleared #Entrepreneurship
