It has been a professional privilege to work on the inaugural NCODA Global Oncology & Haematology Congress at the Shelbourne Hotel Dublin this week. This landmark event has brought together over 200 oncology and haematology leaders from more than 10 countries to Dublin to discuss the future of cancer care and clinical innovation. A core focus of the Congress is ensuring that advancements in areas like AI-driven care and precision medicine translate into meaningful improvements for patients. We are particularly honoured to have representatives from key patient advocacy groups in attendance, including Breakthrough Cancer Research, Breast Cancer Ireland, Marie Keating Foundation, and the Irish Cancer Society. It is incredibly rewarding for our team Etch Communications to support such vital international collaboration and knowledge exchange aimed at enhancing patient outcomes on a global scale. #NCODA #Oncology #Haematology #HealthcareInnovation #PatientCare #GlobalHealth #Dublin #CancerResearch

If you’d told me six years ago that we’d be working with the clients we do today, I wouldn’t have believed it. I’m incredibly proud of the purpose-led, impactful work we’ve had the privilege to deliver — and deeply grateful for our superb team, who bring energy, creativity and joy to every project. To our clients — thank you for putting your trust in us. To our creative collaborators — the photographers, videographers and designers who help bring ideas to life — we couldn’t do it without you. And to our media friends — thank you for your curiosity, insight and continued support. Here’s to the next chapter — and to meaningful work that matters. #EtchTurns6 #StrategicCommunications #PurposeLedPR #PRWithImpact

Well done to our hardworking Etch Communications team delivering impactful purpose led work on behalf of Depaul Ireland at the launch of their Impact Report for 2024 - https://lnkd.in/euW-Nt4b
There has been a powerful media response to the launch of Ireland's 2024 Impact Report — Breaking the Homelessness Cycle – Building Better Futures — which has shone a national spotlight on the urgent need for housing, mental health, and addiction support. It was our pleasure to work again with Colette Campbell and the CEO of Depaul, David Carroll, who featured across numerous major national and regional broadcast outlets, including: 📺 RTE Six One News 📺 Virgin Media Ireland Media News 📻 RTÉ Radio 1 – @rtemorningireland 🎙 Newstalk – The Pat Kenny Show 📻 And multiple regional radio talk shows …and print and online coverage continues to spread the message far and wide: 💻 RTÉ News 🗞 Irish Examiner, Evening Herald and Irish Independent 💻 Belfast Telegraph 🗞 People Group Newspapers and The Avondhu With over 50,000 interventions delivered in 2024, and homelessness becoming increasingly complex, the message from Depaul is clear: homelessness is neither inevitable nor acceptable. Proud of our Senior Account Executive, Sarah-Kate Spratt, speaking to the MA in PR class of 25/26 yesterday at Technological University Dublin. https://lnkd.in/eUWSCA8R
Today I had the honour of going back to the place where I fell in love with PR, and deliver a lecture to this year’s MAPR and MAPA students. I’m deeply grateful to be able to share my experience and knowledge of our industry, and delighted to meet the next batch of PR professionals. Thank you for offering me this amazing opportunity Cliodhna Pierce PhD.
